Sean was wonderful. Not only was the repair to get Air up and running reasonable, he let me know that it's probably going to need to be replaced very soon. It is 30 years old. He also kind of gave me a ballpark estimate so I kind of know what I might be dealing with cost-wise. Oh and my dogs were so happy to have their Air back on too! 😁

He was very kind and fixed the problem very fast and he went above and beyond and fixed some other stuff like the handles to the sink.

I called around 7 am about my air-conditioning. Got quick service came around 8:15 am My air conditioning was up and running before 9:am. Very nice informative and didn't take advantage trying to sell stuff I didn't need. Awesome service I highly recommend Legacy I'm very happy with Legacy

Just had a estimates from Legacy for AC/Furnace replacement....They were friendly and very informative and reasonable in their prices. Answered all our questions...we had quite a few ! We will have them do that replacement in Fall. We did have them install a new thermostat for now-and they were prompt and quick and friendly. They will deduct the thermostat cost from our replacement of AC/Furnace unit when we do have that done. Their business is located in Waynedale where we live so we were extra happy we could use a local business !!!!

Tech was right on time and very helpful and informative. Went over all the details with me before he left. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you!

Great people to work with. Office staff is very helpful and attentive. They communicate with us every step of the way to make sure everything goes smoothly. Service techs are very professional and explain everything well. We have them on contract for twice a year and are glad to have them as our service provider.

I have been with Legacy for many years and they never disappoint. They service my furnace and a/c every year. Dalton was just here and checked my furnace. He was knowledgeable, professional and a very nice young man. I have also used their plumbing service and was very pleased with that service as well. I highly recommend Legacy for your heating, air and plumbing needs.

I called on 6/2/25 to schedule an appointment and informed the receptionist that a 40 ft snake would be necessary for the issue, as we had dealt with this same problem before. She called a plumber and assured me that they indeed have a 40 ft snake and someone would be out the next day at 2 PM.

However, no one showed up or contacted me. When I called to follow up, the receptionist claimed she had called me at 8 AM—which never happened—and then proceeded to say, “It’s not my problem,” and informed me that they don’t even have a 40 ft snake available. Truly disappointing customer service.

This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and unapologetically rude. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

From my initial phone call to schedule the appointment to the job being finished, everything was great. Very communicative, polite and respectful while in our home. Just an absolute pleasure to work with.

I began with Legacy Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning about 4 years ago. At that time, I was having trouble with my AC and called another company in town. The repair guy came out, NEVER hooked up any meters to the condenser and spent his time trying to sell me a new unit AND CHARGED ME $90 FOR THE CALL!!...FOR A SALES CALL!!! I was furious. Some friends of mine knew Steve (Legacy owner) and called him for me..He promptly called me back, came over within an hour, assessed my situation and assured me that my HVAC system had years left in it. He told me that he'd send out a serviceman ((James) who arrived, again within an hour that same afternoon) James (again, a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy) fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Yesterday, my aging system had another issue and another serviceman came out (Abel) and was one of the most knowledgable, good natured folk I've ever come across (professionally). He took time to explain the intricacies of my system to me and was determined to get it up and running, again. He was, of course, successful! He has a super sense of humor and made the visit most enjoyable. The fee was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and call Legacy Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning the next time you have an HVAC (or plumbing) need. I think you'll be very happy you did!
