I had a gas leak in my furnace (Carrier Infinity). I called another HVAC company, they quoted me $500 and informed me they wouldn’t be able to get a replacement part for a month. Prestige was able to locate and replace the leaking valve same day and charged less than the competitor. 10/10 highly recommend

Great service! No high pressure sales just did everything they could to make our old unit run but it was just to far gone. Got the new furnace installed and everything back the way it should be. Thanks for your time and talent. We will use you again.

Joe was the technician who came to service our furnace. He was profession, communicative, and honest. He provided all of his recommendations and options with respect and knowledge. He was very patient with me when I had questions or asked him to repeat something. He provided service in a timely manner. I would recommend Prestige to anyone needing heating and air needs.

I called Prestige Heating and Air, ot was late in the day. They said that they could come out straight away. I told them it's late and I would like to make an appointment. They then looked at their schedule and said that someone could come out the next day in the morning between 8:30 and 9:00am. The technician that came was Joe. He attentive listened to what I had to say, diagnosed the issue. He fixed the issues and put me at ease. I will and already have recommended Prestige Heating and Air to others. I gave 5 stars. I would highly recommend Prestige Heating and Air. Our AC went out and they were able to install a new one the next day. The price was fair and and all the workers were very attentive and professional. We felt very fortunate to have them do the job so quickly when we were facing 90 degree weather.

I would absolutely recommend Prestige Heating and Air. We had issues with our furnace for the past several years and decided to get a new furnace and ac. They had everything ordered very quickly, installed it, and came out to adjust it a couple times for us. They're extremely knowledgeable, we were very impressed that Joe had even talked about how he had gone on a tour to the factory for the acs they sell and that they all value continuing training/staying up to date with things. He also was happy to answer a million questions we had. Everyone we met was very pleasant to talk to as well and great at communicating. This is definitely a company that you can put your trust in and not have to worry about. You can tell they take pride in their work and feel passionate about it. It is the only HVAC company that we will be going through from now on and we will be doing their service plan. We have already recommended them to someone as well and if you're looking for a reliable and truly knowledgeable company, this is the one.

The furnace was off with no flashing lights, which means call a technician. They made it out on the same day, evaluated the repairs needs, went and got parts and worked until 6:45pm to get the job completed. I really appreciate your service!

I just purchased my first home and the inspection report cited mold in the attic and said I would need a plumber to address the source of the moisture before they could do any sort of mold remediation. I called a plumbing company and they came out and said it was an HVAC issue, something to do with my bathroom exhausts being vented to the attic instead of outside. Turns out, the issue was a bit different than what the plumbers suggested. Prestige Heating & Air were absolutely lovely, though. They were polite and professional and were able to help diagnose and fix the source of the moisture (and at a reasonable price, too). I would definitely recommend and use this company again. In fact, I plan to have them take over servicing my AC and furnace in the future. As a new homeowner, I’m discovering the difficulty involved in finding contractors I can trust who will 1. return my calls/practice good communication and 2. not overcharge me just because they can. As far as I can tell, this is a small company with honest workers, and I would have no problem recommending them in good conscience. 😊

I hired Prestige after getting quotes from several companies. Prestige was by far the easiest to work with. Alex came out and checked everything over and gave a quote. We were very impressed with his knowledge and how much he cared about us and our home. The installers Trey and Braden were very courteous, professional, and clean. We couldn't be happier. We found ourselves in furnace hell for a fourth consecutive fall/winter heat season. Cold temps would arrive, we'd switch the AC over to heat and sure enough, furnace problems. On a 9 year old (only 4 years old when we purchased the home) unit with all the bells and whistles no less. It was beyond frustrating. We made the mistake of continuing to contact the same company who did the install each fall when the furnace would fail to meet heat demands. Reliably, they'd come out, along with their sales team (who would come in a separate truck... that should have been a clue), and fumble their way through a service visit while also planting seeds for the next money grab with a subscription offering. Could be the pressure switch. Could be the thermostat. Could be the circuit board. We'd fork over money, the problem would be temporarily fixed, and then we'd be on countdown until either the same problem reared its head again or a new one.

So when we switched the furnace on this fall and once again had issues, enough was enough. We hopped on Facebook and Nextdoor and began seeking recommendations. Several appeared for Prestige and we decided to give them a call. Best decision we could have made. Joe came out the very next morning (we called the day before just prior to 5pm) and after examining the unit provided us with definitive solutions, both temporary & permanent. Joe was friendly and excellent with his communication in a NON-SALES kind of way which we truly appreciated. When my furnace is experiencing issues the last thing I want is to feel like I've invited a used car salesman into my home and Prestige is NOT that. They're a local company with an honest, upfront approach and I'm thankful to have contacted them. After weighing our options, and the impending cold weather temps due to arrive by the weekend, we decided to rip out the existing unit and have a new furnace installed. Joe was able to squeeze us in on short notice and most important, had us up and running with the new unit right before the cold temps arrived for the weekend.

We appreciated Joe's dedication to his craft, his customer service was top-notch, and we have found our heating and air company for years to come. One other consideration we appreciated was that Joe offered to bring back several space heaters for us to use in the home until install day. We were impressed. Solutions for our problem tailored to our needs at the moment we needed it. I don't typically write reviews, but Prestige is deserving and worthy of this one. We couldn't have been happier with their service.

Legacy Heating & Air is an awesome company. No hype, no pressure selling; just great information so you can make the best decision. They saved me big $ last year putting in a fantastic Bryant HVAC system. Their technician came out yesterday for a 1 year inspection and he was great. Did an excellent job of cleaning up the outside compressor, checking everything and replacing the filters. Stay away from the big corporate owned HVAC companies and deal with Legacy. You will be taken care of and save $ in the process.

We have been Legacy customers for many years for our residential home and commercially at the company I worked for. We always received quality, prompt service at a fair price. You can tell from their many reviews that others have shared our same experience. That being said, nobody has a perfect record and things can and do go wrong. It is how a company handles difficult situations that really matters in my opinion. So when we had concerns about the service we received we were so impressed by how receptive the staff was to us and how quickly they responded and resolved our issue. So often when there is a service failure, you might get an apology and the standard we will look into it. Steve and his staff really did look into it and went out of their way to make it right. They have definitely secured our future business. When they say they guarantee satisfaction, they really mean it.

Excellent work, fair pricing! We put in a new A/C unit, and months later we had a plumbing leak (not related). We got quick, friendly and professional service! I'd recommend them to anyone in Fort Wayne.
