I wouldn’t call them to help your kids with their first home. We called because our kids had no heat. We knew we would pay a service fee for the emergency. We specifically told the tech after he told us what the problem was that we would contact the warranty company. He decided to “try” anyways and $300 later they still had no heat after he was told to just give us a quote for the warranty company. So we paid $150 for the call and $150 for a cleaning he was asked to NOT do that mind you still gave them no heat. Left me with a $1900 quote. Warranty company’s guy. $175 a hour. They will take advantage where they can!! Buyer beware you have better luck and honesty from Rolf or any other company. Do not let them come to your child’s first home they will take advantage of them!

Cooper was very nice and considerate. He explained about other plans that you offer and your maintenance program which I have joined.As he was working on my furnace he explained everything as he was doing it. I enjoyed talking to him, he was very helpful. Wish more service men were like him.

Josh was great! He took the time to clearly explain the issue to me. He was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he kept the area tidy and cleaned up after himself. I will be calling Summers in the future to request Josh, for sure!

Montou Sosa arrived promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed of every action he was taking while diagnosing my furnace to discover the issue. What really stood out was his positive attitude, commitment to customer satisfaction, and the pride he takes in his work. Because of his skill and attitude, we chose Summers Heating and Cooling to replace the defective part.
I 100% recommend Montou and Summers Heating and Cooling.

Jarrett was very professional and took his time.. He went above and beyond helping me with different prices and ways to solve my issues and find what would be my cheapest option.... Due to me being on disability and not able to afford well anything ... Just the fact that he tried was amazing ! And I appreciate it

Joshua was very knowledgeable when providing a quote for us! He went above and beyond! However, the woman who answers the phone told me Summers was one of the approved plumbers to tap into the city water line and that was not the case.

They always do great work. We were on a time crunch to respond to an inspection for our house we’re selling and they were very accommodating and sent multiple people out in time for us to meet our deadline. Jace has been out multiple times to help us with plumbing issues and always does great work.

I had a great experience end to end with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Booking the appointment was quick and easy. The customer service and follow up leading up to the service man arrive was attentive and appreciated. The service man was kind in hearing concerns. He was able to clear my sewer lines leading out of the house completely. He answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a help with a plumbing issue. The service was efficient the staff is kind and friendly and the price was just right! Thank you!!

I had Zander from Summers complete my yearly furnace tune-up. He was excellent and provided me explanation every step of the way. Even provide me photos of the before and after. He gave me items to watch out for in the future. I wish I could have him as my technician every year.

Mr. Joshua Miller was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He installed a new sump pump at our home. Wore protective boot covering without us asking him to. Everything went smooth.

Tyler V did a great job coming to inspect a leak I was having. Courteous, professional, and very helpful. I've had Summers it a few times in the past year, to clear a clog, and for a new furnace/AC install. I'm always happy to recommend them as we have had consistently wonderful customer service. I appreciate all that you guys do!

Our furnace was not working properly. We had Adam come out And he was a very nice person to work with and answered all our questions and helped us find the right solution. The next day we had the technician Jacob come out and install the new furnace. Everything went well and it seems to be working fine.no issues at all

Darius Morgan was our technican from Summers HVAC. Darius was very knowledgeable, professional and above all, polite. We were contacted about 10 minutes before his arrival as promised and he proceeded to give our furnace its yearly checkup. I highly recommend Summers and Darius.

Getting two start because they were able to come out same day my water heater was seen to be broken and replaced it the next day, however, now my kitchen sink is leaking and tech knew about this since that day a month ago and has not tried to fix the issue. Then the billing department is sending me past due notices that I haven’t paid when I set up a payment plan with their third party carrier like I was told to do. When calling to talk to someone in billing for the second time because they were supposed to call me yesterday and never did, or dispatch to get a guy out to fix the leaking sink, the phone rep “doesn’t have the ability to transfer to anyone”

What is her job then? Why can’t I speak to anyone? If I had the foresight to see this, I wouldn’t have went with this company to replace my water heater. I am losing faith fast in the professionalism and reliability of this company.

Jarrett was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain the furnace events where they could be interpreted and found the issue in a timely manner. He presented himself very professionally and knowledgeable. He also was cheerful and has a quick smile. He obviously loves people and his work!. Darius was extremely polite and very professional. He helped me move a storage shelf to get to my furnace, which should have been done before he arrived. I've had previous experiences with Summer's and they've all been positive. The employees I've dealt with gave a great reflection on the company they work for. I could not be more pleased with Josh Miller and the work performed. Within 15 minutes of contacting Summers, a technician arrived at my home and replaced my water heater within a few hours. I have always had great experiences with Summers, from their friendly and knowledgeable technicians, to their high-quality work.
