Justin York was the technician that diagnosed my furnace issues. His service was excellent, very informative and friendly. He did what he could to get the installers out the same day! He went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend his services. I would also add that Noah was very thorough and friendly. I would suggest him for an installation!

Zander was extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns and he acknowledged everything I told him and began his work. When he was finished he explained everything he did and expressed to me what I may need to have taken care of down the road. Excellent technician

We’ve had Summers come out to our house several times for a variety of issues, and they’ve been helpful and friendly each time without fail. Shout out to Keith with the plumbing team and Jarrett, Montou, and Adam with the HVAC team. Keith came up with a creative solution for us when we were in a tough spot with the plumbing in our new house. The HVAC guys helped us get our heat up and running, and proceeded to come back multiple times to check in as a courtesy when we noticed a lingering noise issue. They were thorough in explaining what they suspected the issue was, and I feel much more confident and comfortable with the equipment going forward. You’re all legends!

Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped to make sure I understood what was needed to replace my current water heater and helped to explain currently available water heaters and their features to ensure that our quality expectations would be maintained. Without his guidance we probably would have made the wrong decision and just purchased a big box store product to save on expenses. Thanks to his knowledgeable input we can rest assured that we have made the best choice for our future hot water needs. May our old water heater rust in pieces as it survived and served us well for 30+ years.

Our furnace quit working on one of the coldest weekends on a Saturday at 5pm. I did not expect same day service as it was the weekend but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from technician Chris K. a few hours later and he came and addressed the issue. It was awesome to have our hear restored and not have to go to a hotel. He took the time to explain in-depth the issue and he amazingly had the part we needed in his van! I highly recommend Summers and I'm very grateful for the excellent and knowledgeable service received from Chris.

Josh was great! He took the time to clearly explain the issue to me. He was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he kept the area tidy and cleaned up after himself. request Josh, for sure!

We had a small leak on the floor near our water heater. He arrived at 8:20 AM and left around 8:55 AM. For less than an hour of work, and Jace replaced a copper fitting and we were charged $610.06. I understand labor for the HVAC technician, I understand a $99 trip charge. Copper fittings can't cost that much. I do not understand that much overhead and profit. I called and their billing department said that they "Don't charge per hour, we charge per job." That doesn't make sense. I am waiting on a manager to call me back for more explanation. Edit: 2:16 PM: Matt the general manager called me back and told me they charge the same rate for an hour of work and a job that will take all day since they don't know how bad the issue is. I am still waiting on David the plumbing manager to call me back. Still waiting on a call about a $105 credit that was available on their website. Edit: They came out the next day and replaced more PVC with copper piping to justify the price tag. They did a great job. They also watched the meter for a slab leak for us. Great service. Edit: 03/10/2026 - a week later, they still have not cancelled my transaction and refunded me a $105 credit.

I had a great experience with Keith. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. Keith took the time to clearly explain the issue with my plumbing and walked me through the repair options before starting any work. He worked efficiently, fixed the problem right away, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a plumber you can trust, but Keith definitely earned that trust. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his experience.

In a world where it seems that customer service no longer exists, there remains a true gem in Alex and his team at Prestige.

After a horrific fire destroyed our home, we found it impossible to find a company that would come out to gives us a quote in a timely fashion, much less one that wouldn’t try to take advantage of the situation and charge us almost double for it just because they were “willing to do us the favor of taking the time out of their busy schedule to do the job”. We were literally at the end of our rope when we called Prestige. Not only were they pleasant and professional over the phone but they sincerely seemed to care and I felt a glimmer of hope when we set up a time for them to look at the job.

Alex himself came out to our home and took the time to not only look everything over thoroughly but, actually listened to us, our story, concerns and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better person or company to come into our lives at just the right time and felt comfortable in giving the job to Prestige. Through the entire process we’ve not once been left without answers or felt like we weren’t their number one job. A+ service from start to finish! We highly recommend Prestige and know we’re in good hands through the life of our Geothermal system.

We called Alex and let him know our Ac wasn’t working right. It was 83 degrees in our house all week. Thirty minutes later he was at our house looking for the problem and finding it. He gave us a couple different options we could do and we went from there. Great service, reasonable & reliable! Thanks Alex! We are back with AC.
