My furnace stopped heating the morning before Thanksgiving. This company was very responsive by finding a technician who came out the same day. They had great communication in letting me know when the technician will arrive, the technician also called me directly to let me know he was on his way. The technician, Rob, was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue quickly. I'd gladly reach out to this company again without hesitation. Thanks for keeping my house warm for the holidays!

Rob was great, he took the time to show us what was going on and how we could maintain and check on things in the future and explained best practices. He was friendly, professional and was even nice about my football player of a cat stalking him the whole time. Thank you so much for sending someone that knew exactly what he was doing. Also the girl who answered the phones was kind, friendly and helpful as well. All around it was a great experience and we will certainly use them again!

Gabe and Liam were awesome they brought out the furnace and installed it. The company was very good to work with and made it affordable for us. They went above and beyond to make this work for us. They were professional and they had attention to detail and made sure all was working before they left. I liked the care and consideration they showed to me and explained and answered all my questions.
I have recommended them to our friend and will continue to refer new clients to them.

Our furnace went out during some of the coldest weather so far this winter and John came out and got my furnace fixed but found a blower motor was going bad. John ordered me a new one and I got it installed the next week. John did a FANTASTIC JOB for my family. Thank you John

This was by far the best experience I had dealing with a company in Fort Wayne. They were quick, fixed the issue on a timely manner, great work, excellent customer service, very respectful and friendly, and simply made my day from incredibly stressful due to my furnace not working, to within minutes of solving the problem. Casey also noticed the humidifier attached to the furnace was not functioning due to bad insulation from a previous company, she came the very next day after getting the needed parts to fix the humidifier. Extremely happy with thus company and its employees.

Family owned HAVC , very honest folks and excellent customer service including post install care . Highly recommend and will definitely use them again .

Joe and JJ installed a/c and furnace. They did an excellent job and finished quicker than expected.

Had code 14 and 34 on my furnace. Their technician John not only arrived on time. He was very professional friendly. Had the furnace up and running and not even an hour's time their prices are very decent. Would definitely recommend them I will not use anybody else for my HVAC needs for now on. The office lady that called for me to pay my bill. I cannot remember her name but she was also very friendly and professional all around a great company to deal with

Pro Comfort Heating came to my rescue the same day my furnace went out. They got me temporarily going and ordered the part. Two different guys were here. Both friendly and professional. Very efficient caring people. I would recommend them anytime.

Very easy to make an appointment and I like that I wasn't pressured on purchasing anything else if they found something they did if they didn't they didn't I had another company I was dealing with every time they came out to service my AC unit there was something wrong and I really believe there wasn't. She arrived on time took no time to service my furnace Great conversation very professional very nice definitely recommend this company

The technician who fixed my issue explained the cause and told me how to best avoid a recurrence. We got a same day visit on a Friday, which kept us from having to freeze for a weekend. 100% satisfied.
