Called Legacy for a repair on my water meter valve. They sent out Davieon that afternoon and he put a new valve on for me. He was polite,professional, and quick.

I would not trust anyone else with the care of my furnace or my A/C. Justin and his team are so professional, honest and truly care about their customers. They are the BEST!!!

I've known Justin and a few of his workers for years, I moved far away from fort wayne, however, when family or friends need help with their air conditioning or heating systems I always stear them to Justin. Honest, reliable, friendly. The kind of guy and company that you can feel comfortable with. If it's just your normal service to oh my, we got a problem. That's who I would call. They have worked on about half of my families systems and they all say the same thing, " I sure am glad there is someone that isn't trying to take advantage of me". Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Or heat went out overnight between a Saturday and a Sunday. Finding a company to perform a repair on a Sunday is next to impossible. JD Kuhn responded to my call within 10 minutes and was inside within an hour. They had the parts on their truck and replaced the board and the igniter. Three hours after my initial call and our house was at 70 degrees. It was 62 when I called them. Everyone looks for the company that they can trust and refer to others. This is the company.

He answered all my questions without issue and gave me advice on upkeep and maintenance on my unit.
