My fridge started making a horrible sound like it was about to break. I called Alex. He answered promptly and arranged to be here in 2 hours. He came on time. Diagnosed my fridge quickly. Realized it needed parts that he had to order. But he got my fridge up and running quietly and smoothly again. The parts came and once again Alex came punctually. My fridge is as good as new. His prices were quite reasonable too. What I liked and the reason I called Alex was that all of his reviews were positive. Alex is quite knowledgeable about refrigerators. He is very professional, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable appliance repair!

Asked for money upfront to buy needed parts, but quickly said he'd leave his tools here: which I thought was a very good/clever idea to give the homeowner some comfort. Nice guy. Highly recommend.

Alex was very helpful. Made online appointment Sunday though his website. He arrived midday on Monday to complete a diagnosis and order the part. He was back less then 2 days later with part in hand (1 day earlier then expected) and completed repair fast. He knew the exact problem and the right part to fix it. He was careful with wood floors and meticulous. I believe his prices were also very fair. Would highly recommend his services.

Alex Appliance Repair was quick to respond when we needed service on a weekend day. He was through and efficiently found the problem with our refrigerator. Unfortunately it was to be an expensive repair and he was honest and upfront with our options. Would absolutely use this service next time we need a repair service.

Had a leaking washer issue and based on all the 5 star reviews, I called Alex for help. He answered right away and was very accommodating with my schedule. He was also very thorough and honest with the diagnosis...seems I may have overloaded the machine and no actual repairs were needed. He could have told me anything but he chose to be honest. Very genuinely nice guy with a great work/business ethic, I highly recommend!

Alex was fantastic! I was able to schedule online. He ended up having earlier availability and called to see if I was available. He showed up, had the issue identified, told us the cost, repaired the dryer, cleaned up and was back out the door in under an hour. Dryer is working great! Our dishwasher wasn’t draining so we called Alex. We’ve used him for previous appliance repairs so we knew he’d be able to fix it. He responded so quickly and was out to our house the very next day (on a Saturday!) to diagnose the problem. He ordered the part we needed and had our dishwasher running again by Monday afternoon.
