I called this morning and Alex was able to come same day to look at my dryer. He was accommodating by coming later in the day so I didn't have to leave work. He was fast! He cleaned everything. He changed the heating element & made sure my dryer was in working condition before he left. He was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I would call him again for any appliance repair!

I absolutely recommend Alex for dryer repairs! He was proficient, quick and clean! I will definitely be calling him for future appliance repairs.

I had a dryer that was no longer working and thought I needed to buy a new dryer. I decided to give Alex a call to see if he could see what’s wrong and possible fix the issue. He saved me a lot of money by replacing the fuses, heating element, drum, and cleaning the dryer so that I works like new! I appreciate his honesty and highly recommend him for repairing appliances!

I thought it was time to replace my dryer, but decided to see if it could be repaired. Alex came out on a Sunday, we had to order a part, and he fixed it as soon as the part arrived. Alex provided outstanding service from start to finish. He responded within hours of my initial call and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, got the part, and fixed it efficiently. His thoroughness impressed me, too. He noticed the sprayer wasn’t working properly and replaced that part as well. Alex is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced. He is kind, polite and left the workspace completely clean. I highly recommend Alex for any appliance repair needs.

I called Alex about an issue with my dryer and he was able to come out the same day and look at it. Even though the dryer is pretty old he was able to fix it. He was reasonably priced and saved me having to get a new dryer.

Alex was very efficient in diagnosing the problem.
He left to get the replacement part and returned within 1 hour and installed the new part. My dishwasher is now working again.

Called me a 136pm to tell me they were 30 minutes away. Window was 8-12. I called around 1030am to verify status,, no call back , nothing, until 136pm.
Pitiful. common courtesy, common sense,, lacking.

I had a good tech, seemed well versed. Gave me cost info for my repairs. I think I gave him my credit card number. Said it would be by the middle of this week. Over weekend received a message from office. I returned their call shortly after 8:00 this morning NO RETURN CALL. Service efficiency was better when it was Groves….perhaps they just need to get settled in???

Had a service scheduled from GE 8-12am I called at 8am with my phone number to make sure they were coming because I had heard nothing. 1230 I call again to be told they wouldn’t be able to make it and needed to reschedule. Then lied about not having my phone number. Super unprofessional

The Gentlemen that showed were friendly, accommodating and very communicative. They also knew trade quite well and explained the repair that was needed.

Great prices, helped me work with my budget, and got delivery scheduled asap! Have used this company multiple times and will continue to go back to them!

Had a great experience. He gave me a diagnosis and recommendation for my stove very quickly. He was friendly and professional. I will use them again and recommend them to any body who needs work done.

Terrible experience. Regret having paid them. Technician disassembled machine without testing anything. Dryer started making a different noise after that. Then blamed it on electric outlet. Came back and now new problem that I am sure was created by him when first came. Phone person very rude and helpless. Asked for a different technician and same one sent, not able to fix. Now charging price of a new dryer to fix it. Never hire this company.

Would not recommend! They came out to fix an issue with my SpeedQueen washer that was under warranty. After "fixing" the issue, my washer began to shake uncontrollably. It shakes loud enough hear it from upstairs, despite the washer being on the main floor. It sounds like someone is taking a hammer to it. When I contacted them to tell them about the issue (and sent several videos), they told me they already closed my ticket and I would need to contact SpeedQueen to resolve it. I don't understand how a company can cause an issue to occur (that never occurred previously) and then refuse to fix it. It's bad business and I will not be trusting them again.

Instead of explaining what the technician can do or what the issue is, they started complaining about the appliance, builders, their own company, their peers, and also us! They said we were rude when we asked about why the issue was still present. First tech came and ordered the parts. Second technician was actually rude.
My husband helped him lift the appliance, and gave a band-aid for his wound. He felt so happy for being able to fix our issues. Gave his card to contact him further if we need any support in the future. Once we noticed that the issue is not fixed, he mentioned that we were rude and cannot come to check. We really NOT! The attendant said it is NOT possible that the appliance work that way whereas GE confirmed it can work. They treated us like we made a big sin by being rude with them. We are working in a decent job and we never treat people like that. It is not necessary to lie to escape from the assigned work!
