I called a couple of other appliance repair companies and got their voice mail with promises to return my call, but of course no return calls. Called Amro's and my call was answered by a human, no voice mail. We scheduled a repair time and sure enough repairman was on time. Prompt, courteous, and efficient, what more can you ask for?

I was having issues with a dryer vent hose not fitting appropriately. They came out, assessed the issue and replaced the dryer hose with a more appropriate one. Added an extra clamp and showed me the work. It was quick and affordable and they were very professional. Explained everything to me.
