Omar came to my home twice exactly on time and first diagnosed and later fixed my not new refrigerator. He encountered several issues and stuck with it until it was fixed. Will use this company again!

Our technician, Lenny, was prompt, personal and professional.
Lenny was respectful of our Home and handled working on our dryer as though it was his Family's dryer.
This was the 3rd service call on this dryer, (previous 2 service calls were with another repair service company with our extended warranty).
Lenny reviewed the previous work completed to ensure it was completed properly and worked his resolution from that review.

Lenny has been out a couple of times (for different units) and is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Grateful for pros like him especially in such frustrating situations as a freezer leaking!

Omar completed the job quickly and our microwave is now up and running. He cleaned up the work area when he finished the job. All in all, a very good experience.
