Chris did a great job of repairing the icemaker in the door of our LG refrigerator. He's knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Will use Mid America Service again.

I was already impressed with MidAmerica because of the way they handled my inquiry. The booking was simple and it was very nice to actually speak with a human. The technician listened to my description of the problem and then went at it. After running diagnostics he told me the truth. He could charge about $700 to fix the problem or perhaps it was time to get a new washer. I bought the one he saw at Sears and who knows how long ago that was. I appreciated his candor and if/when any other appliance goes screwy, I will call Mid America. You don't know how comforting it is to have the name of a really good and honest company. Many thanks.

The technician showed up in time at the top of the window that I was given and I didn't have to wait until the end of the window which was nice the window was a little bit too big but that's what I have to do knowledgeable very personable and I would recommend this company and would use them in the future I own my own Restoration company and it is companies like this that I would definitely want to continue to work with great job!

Do you ever wonder what happened to the service providers who are proud of the job they do, take the extra step to make sure everything is done to a high standard, and make sure you get value for your money? That is who you’ll find at Mid America Service. Lenny is the tech who services the luxury brand appliances like Sub Zero, Wolf, Thermador etc… and he knows his stuff. Lenny worked on our fridge and wasn’t going to give up until it was properly and reliably repaired. Unfortunately, it was discovered that an internal contamination meant that the fridge was not able to be repaired - and so Mid West refunded our money!!! They are an honest and skilled company who are proud of their work. Most of us don’t know if we are being taken advantage of by service techs and car repair mechanics but Mid America’s old-fashioned integrity takes that worry and doubt out of the equation. Highly recommended. I will use them for all our appliance repair issues.

Lenny was our repair technician. He was very friendly and personable and he definitely knew how to repair our dishwasher. We would definitely use him and Mid America Service again!

They were recommended by Samsung to repair my dual tub washer. The only problem was a broken handle on the top lid but I was told the only way to repair was to replace the entire lid and take the whole front off the washer. I had purchased a new handle for $80 and just wanted them to install it. I don’t think they knew anything about the washer. The end result was that I can no longer run the top and bottom washers at different temperatures without getting error codes that there is a leak.

I was happy they could come the next day to see what needed repaired. I decided not to repair my washer since the cost was more than buying a new washer. I would definitely use Mid America again

I had a plumbing leak which was a hassle to start but then the plumber burnt a hole in my dishwasher line when he was doing the plumbing repair. He was unable to repair it. Mid America were able to repair Bosch and Chris D was awesome. He did the repair and even caught some things that were incorrect with how the dishwasher had been installed and fixed them.

I finally found a repair guy that listened to my issues and took appropriate action. He gave me honest advise based on his experience. Courteous service is rarely found but always great to receive.

Chris D was great. Showed up on time, fixed my issue very quickly, explained the root cause in a way I could understand. Went above and beyond to clear out some ice in my freezer. He's been to my house several times over the years and always does a fantastic job. I will always use this company for my repairs.

We had a previous repair person check out our dishwasher. He misdiagnosed the issue, took our money never to be seen again. Lenny was prompt, carefully diagnosed the issue and told us truthfully our options.

simple repair of a heating element for a dryer ended up costing $750. in other words, I could have bought another dryer, but instead I waited 2 weeks for the parts to come in. after paying $160 for an appraisal fee. , I specifically asked them to bring a heating element on the first visit, but they couldn't do that. try another business. This is unfortunately for me the second time I've used this company. the first time my repair was about a half to 2/3 of the cost of my dryer if the service was adequate. second time though, prices seem to gone up.

We had to have the mother board replaced in our dishwasher replaced. The order was under my husbands name Dennis.
Omar was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and quick to diagnose the problem and order the part needed. He set up the appointment needed to place the part when it arrived and it was installed in a timely manner. Omar was friendly, on time and professional. Thank for a great experience! Our appliance was under warranty.

Very prompt service and professional! Chris was so polite and helpful! He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, said it would be 3-5 days and he would be back to install!! He did exactly what he said he would do!! Great service !! The girls from the office who I spoke with in the phone were also very polite and friendly!! 5 Stars all around !!! Thank you SO much !!

Our Zline oven had a problem maintaining temperature. Zline sent replacement parts and Lenny with Mid America Service came out and did a great job installing the new parts. Lenny was friendly, got along with our dogs s d has us up and going in about 35 minutes. Great job! This was a warranty repair.

Chris did a great job of not only diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator but explaining the issue to me. I am confident I will have it working again once replacement parts have arrived and are installed by him.

Update: Once parts arrived, the service tech Chris came back to install them. It was a pretty involved repair yet he had the refrigerator up and working in a pretty quick matter of time! Very pleased with his work and friendliness and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Mid America Service again should the need arise.
