My mom recently had an issue with a broken washing machine, and some trusted friends pointed us towards Brad at Broad Ripple Appliance to help diagnose the problem, raving about the good experiences they have had with him. Brad was able to come out the next day, and he was prompt, friendly, and very helpful in explaining what the problem was. He was more than fair with his diagnostic charge, and I can't say enough about how we all appreciated the way Brad treated my mom. My dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called him yesterday and he came this morning at 9. Very reasonable pricing and diagnosed the issue immediately. Brad is very personable and professional. Pleasant experience and will use him again!

Out of nowhere our dryer started making this terrible noise. We called Broad Ripple Appliance and the very next day Brad came to our home. He was very prompt, professional and efficient. When I lived in Broad Ripple I contacted BR Appliance to repair my dryer and refrigerator, they were prompt, reasonably priced, and helpful. I really felt taken care of! I moved North a ways and contacted them about my washing machine-asked for a price on replacing the gasket. Instead of selling me on a service that did not make sense, Brad gave me recommendations on the types of washer I should consider when ready to purchase and where I should look for the best deals.

He also gave me invaluable advice on how to prevent my new washer from getting nasty. He’s going to put himself out of business!

Even though I would not be hiring him for a service, he spent time on the phone helping me.

Brad came out and took a look at our dryer after it started smoking. He took the entire dryer apart to make sure there were no issues and gave us a great recommendation for vent services. Will absolutely use again if the need arises!

I scheduled with Brad to take a look at a gas range at one of my rental properties. He promptly scheduled directly with my tenant, and he was able to visit my property the next day. While he wasn't familiar with my particular model to fully repair my range, he was gracious enough to refer me to a few other vendors who might be helpful. I got a quick response from them after my refrigerator died. They explained everything up front, called before arriving like they said they would, came when they said they would, and after diagnosing the issue, they scheduled a follow up to make the repair. They called a day ahead of schedule to see if they could come early. They got the compressor covered under warranty and repaired my refrigerator quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again for any future appliance repairs.

Tyler came out was very courteous and informative and let us know his thoughts immediately and gave us options and cost and ways he could fix to get us by but knew the transmission to washer is going bad just by hearing the tub as is spun. He helped save us from having another unforeseen issue. Though opted to just get a new washer we will use them again for any future appliance repair issues because of how Tyler represented the company and the work they do. I will always try to give credit where credit is due.

Tyler was amazing. It took him only 2 minutes to diagnose my refrigerator and thirty minutes to fix it. He even put my drawers and shelves back in place. And the part he replaced is under warranty, so if it fails Capitan will come back out! Highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

Used because Bosch dishwasher out of warranty and Bosch repair companies Bosch recommended in area got low reviews. Great communication on visits to house, timing and quote/cost. This includes guys in the office and Joe who was did the repairs. Would definitely use again

Fantastic experience. They were available at short notice, came and easily diagnosed the issue. The technician needed to run and get a part, but came back when he said he would and finished the job. Would definitely recommend!

Jeremiah was my service tech. He was on time, friendly, and professional. Went right to work on a squeaky Maytag dryer. Done in less than 20 minutes (replaced the idler arm) and the dryer sounds like new. I could not ask for a better repair visit.

100% recommend these guys. Efficient and knowledgeable. Got my machine fixed. Technician was clean and presentable something hard to see these days. He even smell good. Extra points for that. Great job guys!
