I am disappointed I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. When I called they said sorry not in office. I would not recommend using because you will be just wasting your time. This company is a complete joke.

Referred to this company and called to schedule appointment on Monday. Earliest available time slot was indicated to be on Friday so scheduled for that time. Friday morning called to confirm and was told they had no record of the file. Within the hour, they dropped the job completely and just said to "find someone else". Very unprofessional and rude. Save your time and find a real professional.

Called to fix a less than 2 year old Frigidaire Microwave that has never been serviced before. Shot a YouTube video about the attempted repair while in my kitchen. The microwave stopped working again the next day. We started noticing the control panel on the microwave was not properly reinstalled, two screws left on the counter, and black pieces of plastic near the microwave on the counter. Please read the other reviews and avoid this company.

Was unable to Work with This company any longer after learning that they will they will keep charging a 125 fee plus parts to return to find the Problem each visit on the same Appliance. He says he fixes it..then 15 mins later its not...then then he wants 125 more to co.e find another problem...we can play this all day. No thank you. Maybe find ALL THE Promblems ..then fix them ...that's why you say test everything . Waste of my time and money. Thank you.

I have American home shield for my service on my home. This company was assigned to get my dishwasher and refrigerator serviced. After calling 4 different time with no response finally today 04/14/2021 got ahold of a very rude man. Explained to him my issue that they were contracted by home shield and he told me rudely that they don't service my area and told me to get back in contact with my service company. After I explained that why they had not contacted me after several left messages he was very rude then hung up on me. I wish I would have gotten a name I would have put this in here. Thanks Mike

I was very disappointed with the service from this company. We used them for warranty work on a Frigidaire Dishwasher. They were the only Appliance repairers on Frigidaire's list so we had to use them. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem, delaying its eventual repair, by another 5 star repair company, by a week. They said the parts required were not available. They would not return my calls or texts until they said they were not going any further and passed the job back to Frigidaire. When I contacted Frigidaire they knew nothing about it. Frigidaire forwarded 'not available' parts overnight!

I would NOT recommend this company

Frigidaire scheduled the appointment for BDM to come and service my dishwasher yesterday. They didn't show so I called several times today. They don't answer their phone. I left a message but I don't expect a return call. I don't know why they take business from Frigidaire if they can't handle the workload.

Bob was knowledgeable, reliable and honest. He communicated well and showed up timely to perform the work. He will be our go to person for appliance repair going forward!
