Jeremiah is the man! He could’ve fixed our fridge, but it would’ve cost only slightly less than buying a new one. Instead of pushing a quick fix, he gave us recommendations on what to buy so this wouldn’t happen again. I feel like it’s not often you get that kind of honesty anymore. We will be using these guys for any future appliance issues just because of our interaction with Jeremiah today.

Done well! On time, kept me advised of what the repair was and cost. Had to make a return trip to install part. Was during the holidays so pleased that still were available. Workman seemed knowledgable and careful and checked after to make sure all worked properly.

The automated messaging system worked great. I got a call and a text within hours and had someone out next day. They were responding faster than me! Salem was prompt and thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was good, and he helped me understand the mechanics of the problem.

Capitan was able to schedule my repair ahead on the day/time needed to fit my work schedule. My service tech was on time, very kind, explained what repair my dryer needed and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using their services again!

We were very pleased not only with the service, but the honesty of the service. We were quoted a certain amount we were comfortable with, but on the day the work was to be done on our stove, the technician found the part they ordered wasn’t necessary and they billed us a lower amount for the work than we were expecting. Would definitely use them again!

Saleem arrived within the service window and diagnosed our oven for a gas smell upon ignition. He was very courteous and helped me to understand that the gas smell was not a concern in this case. He talked me through my concerns and addressed them expertly.

Capitan Appliance Repair were quick to get back to me and book me in for an appointment. Tyler was very friendly and professional and he quickly diagnosed the issue with our oven. He managed to fix it and test it before putting everything back together. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Joe/Capitan arrived right as scheduled. He was quick to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator. He came equipped with replacement parts on board as he had a fair idea of what was needed from the intake questionnaire. I was impressed that we did not have to wait further time for replacement parts to be ordered.
I will use Capitan again, without question.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had them come out for our washer AND dishwasher- because everyone knows when it rains, it pours, and everything breaks at once! Salem diagnosed the issue and gave estimates. Comparing the cost effective of repair vs new, we decided to buy new. Salem gave suggestions of brands to seek and to avoid with reasons why. The service/ visit fee was reasonable. I would use this company again.

Jeremiah was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Who knew you could use a cell phone in a clear container to record what’s going on inside a dishwasher. Clever! I’ll remember that one.

My dryer was on the blink. I had to wait a week for an appointment but well worth it. Captain Appliance had it fixed in a half an hour and for a very reasonable price. I could not be happier!

After I explained the issue with my washer and scheduled an appointment on their website, the technician showed up with the exact part needed to fix the issue! Amazing! Also, the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely call Capitan Appliance Repair again in the future!

Timely arrival. Troubleshooted and made the repair quickly, and I was on with my day. They do a good job of gathering information ahead of the appt, so as to be as prepared as they can be for the service call. Would recommend.

Capitan Appliance is fantastic! My fridge wasn’t cooling correctly and they were able to not only fix it but impress me every step of the way!
I filled out their online request for service on a Friday night, not expecting to hear from them until Monday, at best. They got back to me at 8:30 on Saturday morning through text message (which I always prefer over a phone call). They offered me an appointment for Monday morning from 9-12 and asked a couple questions about the fridge. I accepted the appointment and was told Tyler would let me know when he was on the way. Sure enough, I received a text from Tyler on Monday morning at 9:30 saying he would arrive in 15-20 minutes. Tyler was great. He got the repair done quickly and he was so kind to my mother (whom I’d recruited to be at my house for the repair). Payment was easy and the fridge is working great!
I’m really impressed with this company. From the quick response time, easy scheduling, great communication, accurate timing and friendly service, I will absolutely be using them for all my future appliance repair and highly recommend them to anyone!

Jeremiah was wonderfully polite and helpful; even though they couldn’t fix my issue (not something they do) he told me what I could do myself to save additional service call charges. If they have to come back out within 30 days, I don’t have to pay again (how cool is that?). We were able to fix things but I appreciated the tips he gave me on keeping our appliances in good working order. I took off one star because he barely made it within the service call window. He did call, but it would be helpful if they could narrow that down a little earlier. I’ll definitely keep their number.

I was really pleased with Capitan's services. The quality was great. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I felt that the price was reasonable. The issue with my older washer was fixed during the initial visit by Capitan. I would recommend Capitan with no hesitations!

I left a message late Thursday concerning my oven elements being on the blink.
Alex called me back before 8:30AM Friday morning.
He said they could come out on Tuesday morning which I agreed to. I did request that if they had a cancelation I would like to be considered for earlier service.
Alex contacted me before noon with a same day cancelation.
Salem came at about 3PM and within 20 minutes I had a new heating element in my stove.
Salem was great. He told me the cost before installing.

The service technician was prompt, professional, and highly informative. He let me watch the repair procedure and shared information about the comparative costs to repair versus replace. I came away feeling more educated and informed. If every service visit was like this we would have a highly educated citizenry and greater trust between consumers and providers. Many thanks!
