We were in quite a pinch with company coming for the weekend when our refrigerator gave out. Service tech arrived and assessed our problems got the repair parts and got us up and running again in no time.

William was excellent to work with in fixing our ice maker. He squeezed us in for assessment over the weekend and we had a new ice maker within 2 days! I was very impressed with his process, he was very professional and he even followed up after the repair to ensure everything was working properly. Highly recommend his services.

Highly recommend! Called at 7:30am and they arrived that afternoon around 3:30pm, had my oven fixed in about 20 minutes. Getting an appliance fixed is never easy or cheap but AP1 made it happen! They saved me about $175 on parts, along with being fast and friendly!

William was wonderful in every sense of the way!! He came in with a smile and he was so charismatic, happy and professional. It was easy to see how much he loves what he does and life in general. He called around and found a part we needed and could get it within 2 days versus the normal few weeks. He diagnosed our dryers problem quickly. I felt very confident in his diagnosis of our dryer and would recommend William!!

William got to my house same day and although my fridge was beyond fix, he was honest and let me know it was cheaper to buy a new one and didn't try to scam me into an expensive repair. Honesty is the best quality. I would call again if I had another problem.

He quickly assessed the issue and gave some tips to prevent a repeat of my problem. He was extremely kind and respectful during his visit. Prices were reasonable and if I have additional issues in the future I will call him again.

Just here to repair a dryer . Told me between noon and 3 . Called back and was here 25 minutes after the call . Diagnosed and fixed within minutes . Excellent customer service .

AMAZING! He was able to come out same day, knew exactly what he was talking about and fixed our fridge after a power outage. We have 4 small kids and tried to call so many people. I wish I would have called him first! He cared and made time to come out and try to save all of our food! He is knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking! William did a great job on repairing my dryer! I previously had another company out to repair it and did a bad job so I reached out to William and he knew exactly what the issue was. He got the parts we needed and everything was repaired promptly. William is also a super nice and friendly guy. Will have him for future work needed.

Our fridge stopped cooling on a Friday and it seemed most places would not be able to get to us until the following week or later. Thankfully AP1 was able to send a technician out that afternoon and get the fridge back to normal operation. I would recommend giving them a call

I called AP1 early in the morning to see if they had availability to fix my dryer.
The technician answered the phone with a cheerful attitude and let me know he could come between 12p and 3p. I really appreciated him fitting me in, arriving promptly, and fixing the issue in just five minutes!
