In a perfect example of Murphys law, our clothes dryer quit on a holiday weekend with a load of wet towels needing to be dried. William was able to come out within a couple hours of my call. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the dryer promptly. This is the kind of service professional the world needs more of. He has earned my respect and my business. Highest recommendation!!

William was expedient, punctual, and good at communicating. He was very friendly and polite when he arrived and gave us an honest assessment of the situation, including his advice on whether to pursue a repair vs get a new machine. We cannot recommend him highly enough, and we will definitely call AP1 the next time we have an appliance issue!

William was flexible with scheduling around my busy schedule and very competent in diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher, which ended up being cheaper to replace than to complete the repair. William is very honest and reliable, and I would use him again if I were to run into any other home issues.

Bonus points for also being willing to take off his shoes in my home.

Fast, efficient and very friendly service technicians. William came over to our home to check out an issue with our oven because it was not heating up. In less than 2 minutes of me telling him the story of what happened he quickly diagnosed the problem, went to his truck, came back with a new part, and installed it.

William is awesome, he came replaced my fridge relay last week and fixed my fridge that was not cooling. He is professional and efficient and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

William was a good communicator (e.g. texted me with his arrival time), charged a fair price, and stuck with the troubleshooting until the problem with my ice maker was resolved. Even though the first two components he replaced didn’t fix the problem, he didn’t charge me extra. Third time was the charm. I now have ice! William is a hardworking and kind family man. I would recommend his services.

My dryer stopped working. They came out the next day and repared it in less than 20 minutes also gave me a discount on the parts I needed. I highly recommend them!

Theo was great! Came in, opened the dryer up and fixed the problem. But even better, I called AP1 after another company no showed twice, and Theo was here within a couple of hours. Price was a bit high, but the speed at which Theo got out there and the speed at which he corrected the problem made the cost worth it.

William did a great job to diagnose my refrigerator problem and fix it. Arrived within 2 hrs, got the necessary parts and filter and returned to install the parts and repair my fridge. Great job by William and will be sure to call him for future appliance problems.

We contacted AP1 Appliance for service on a washer after being ghosted by another repair service. Turns out we were happy the other company ghosted us. AP1 was prompt, courteous and professional. The technician Theo diagnosed our issue immediately and got the washer working in a matter of 10 minutes. We are so grateful for their excellent service.
