After the 2 phone conversations with Joe I felt like I picked the right repair service, and he proved it with the service call he just finished. He explained things in detail, both on the phone and while working on the dryer, and his pricing was more than fair. I'd recommend Joe without reservation and will definitely call him for any future repairs.

I wouldn’t call anyone else. He just left after repairing my 25 year old washing machine and it runs like new. Extremely knowledgeable, has parts on truck, explains and lets you know condition of possible future repairs. Honest, dependable and fair pricing!

We are new in town and I called several companies to come look at our washing machine. We were stood up by one and others couldn't come out for a long time. Farzad made time for us and was early for the appointment! He explained everything and was so polite! I would recommend him to anyone and will call him again if another appliance breaks!

Called on Monday and Farzad was out on Wednesday in a timely manner. My washer was on the fritz. He explained that he could fix it , but the repair would be costly and recommended replacement. Farzad came out and replaced the belt on our 1990 Maytag dryer. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He looked it up by serial number is how we knew what year it was made. Farzad did an awesome job and this is the gentleman we will be calling for any appliance work we need. I am very happy.

Better than I could have asked for. Heat Pump for my dishwasher was faulty, Amro's had me scheduled quickly, diagnosed the problem on the phone. Showed up on time with the correct part and had the repair done in 1 hour. Even came in $120 under the estimate. I am now a life long customer. Thank you for the amazing service!

Excellent service. Amro's Appliance Service hooked up a washer and dryer in my daughter's apartment. He was thorough, professional and explained everything. Fees are fair and reasonable. Called on Saturday morning for a repair on my clothes dryer. Came when he said he would be here, diagnosed the problem from my telephone description, had the part on his truck. Fast, knowledgeable, thorough, and completely reasonable for a week-end call. Appreciated courteousness and professionalism. Will definitely recommend him.

Needed our dishwasher fixed and he did an excellent job. After describing the issue over the phone he was able to tell me what it probably was and sure enough he was right on! He came prepared with the part he needed and had it up and running in no time. I was very impressed with all his knowledge and walked me through each step he was doing. I highly recommend Amro's Applacance Services! They were courteous, professional, and prompt. The fee for repair of my dryer was extremely reasonable and the work was done quickly. He even took video so I could see what he was doing behind the machine. A great experience!

David did an AMAZING job cleaning our grill! It is like new!

After seeing a few post, I reached out to see about having my grill cleaned. Best call I could’ve made! My grill looks almost as good as the day I bought it. It probably would have if I called these guys earlier. This will be an annual call! Highly recommend, you will not regret it!!
