Josh Kordes was amazingly transparent at what he was doing and why. I actually learned a lot and was able to understand the problem at its root. Super friendly and professional at the same time. He really had the customers best interest at heart and I can't put into words how much I appreciated that.

Our furnace shut off overnight and we were recommended to call Mr. Quik, they were at our house working a few hours on Sunday. Our technician, Kaleb, could not have been better. He was unbelievably professional and personable, he diagnosed and fixed our issue in 15 minutes. I will absolutely be using Mr. Quik again in the future and hope to see Kaleb again. Thanks again Kaleb!

Absolutely enjoyed the Mister Quik service quote from Paige. She was friendly, polite, and highly professional. Paige is a fantastic representative of this business. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I felt great about the services and products we picked. I would absolutely use Mister Quik again and you can thank your employees for that.

I had a late-night service call when my heat stopped working, and a technician named Taylor showed up and handled everything with absolute professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the plan clearly, letting me know they’d have someone out the next day with the replacement part.

The following day, Waylon came by and replaced the busted part efficiently and with great attention to detail. Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work.

Thanks to them, my house is warm and cozy again. Excellent service from start to finish! Thanks guys !

Kaleb serviced our unit today and, as always, he was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly and kind as well. I will always highly recommend him! We have always had great luck and experiences with Mr Quik. We have purchased Aeroseal, attic insulation, the Halo LED, plumbing, and electrical work and it has benefited us greatly. Certainly a savings, and high value expenditures, as reflected in the report on our electric bill, which shows our house as “highly efficient “ when compared to our neighbors and the larger area. We may have spent more money using the services of Mr Quik, but we believe the value and quality of the work and the follow up services more than justifies the expense. We see this as a long term investment in our home, and Mr Quik helps that happen.

Bradley was very polite and explained everything that he would be doing before he started the work.
Once he completed his work he gave me a complete report of how our furnace was performing. He then offered ideas to help improve efficiency and the life of the furnace. No pushy sales tactics or fear mongering that we had to do thing right now to make sure our furnace stays operational. I really appreciated that.

Adrian was very informative and thorough.

Art did a wonderful job. He is very thorough and explains everything very well. Art is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I would definitely request to work with him again if I need any more service or repair work from Mr. Quik.

Jesse was our Mr Quik technician and he was absolutely awesome. A wonderful tech that was delightful to work with. We had him come by for our included hvac cleaning and would highly recommend it to anyone considering the Mr Quick membership. I plan on renting the home and feel I can trust their recommendations for repairs while I am away.

Bradley did my tuneup. He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend Mr. Quik to friends and family.

Jakobe was such a wonderful help when he came out to the house! He was very informative, kind and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my HVAC! We will be coming back.

Max Spott and Jon Sertich were excellent and answered all our questions. They did not pressure us and we will be installing a system in April, we hope. Anyway, these guys were GREAT! 👍👍

We were not satisfied with our most recent experience. A few months ago, we paid over $1,000 to have our backed-up sewer cleaned out and were clearly told that the service included a one-year warranty, meaning there would be no charge if they needed to return within that timeframe. It has only been four months, yet we were told over the phone that we owed $99. When we questioned this due to the warranty, Josh stated there had been
"confusion" and that he had been told to charge us, but then quickly said it wouldn't cost anything after all. That inconsistency was frustrating and concerning.
Additionally, we were told there was only one technician available today and that they would arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. It is now past 12:00, and we had prior commitments. The tone on the phone felt dismissive and rude, as though we had inconvenienced him by not being home despite being given a specific service window on a Saturday.
We have been satisfied with service in the past, but this particular experience was disappointing and lacked the professionalism we previously appreciated.

Jason Ware came to check out a potential electrical issue associated with my HVAC and he was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through things he noticed in a clear and concise manner. Very appreciative of his work!

I continue to be a great fan of Mr. Quik. I honestly believe their manager knows how to spot excellent service professionals. I have NEVER experienced a less than outstanding technician from Mr. Quik.
Case in point: most recently, my assigned technician was Tailon Leitzsey....one of the most polite and respectful young men I've EVER met. (and I teach college students, so I have met a lot.) Tailon showed up on time, walked me thru my system tuneup, and answered all my questions. Without my asking he even uprighted a grill (and weighted it down) that had blown off my porch in the latest round of windy weather. In my experience, that's typical of a Mr. Quik technician - outstanding at their jobs plus a little extra.
Wish all my household related customer experiences could be this pleasant!

UPDATE: As of today our heat is not working, it stopped during the night. Yesterday Jon told us everything was great and in working order. Now we are waiting, AGAIN, for someone to come out and fix the mistake made yesterday. We were given a time quote of 8-10 am. It is now 10am and we have not heard a word from anyone and we cannot get through to anyone at the company. Not to mention that we had to have another plumber from this company come out today to fix a problem they made on their last visit

Brad and his work partner did a great job! He explained everything before they started the job and explained what they did after the job was completed. Brad made sure everything was cleaned and neat before leaving! Highly recommend!
