Donovan came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our hot water heater. After talking with him regarding the pros and cons of the options, we went with a tank less water heater. He did a great job installing and at a very fair price! We love our new water heater and are looking forward to saving money each month thanks to Donovan's quality recommendation! We had 2 bath fans replaced recently. The Copper Ridge crew is always clean and very respectful of my home during service. I was given a reasonable price for service, the work was well done and they cleaned up a lot of drywall mess before they left! They worked around my schedule to make the appointment convenient. Michael Taylor took down siding from one side of our house, replaced it with new siding, then used the old siding to fix damaged siding in the front of our house. He also installed shutters to the front of our house. He was efficient, kind, and a master craftsman. Luke came out to replace an injection pump for my basement plumbing he was very professional and knowledgeable in his profession. We were so impressed with Luke that we are thinking about having him come back and install a water softener for us .Great Job.

They unplugged my sump pump saying I did not need it as I had 2 other pumps just to avoid fixing a pump which should have been in warranty. Now I am dealing with flooded basement. They won’t even show up now or even apologize for technicians mistake. Feel helpless and cheated while looking at $$$$ to pay for water damage. So mad right now.
