Their driver's are wreckless, don't use signals, make obscene gesters at fellow travelers and tailgate dangerously close. Their employees are not ones you want to be around on the road, let alone in your home or business.

Want to simply talk to an actual plumber for 2 min before they come out? The answer is no, with a snippy attitude. So I hired one that let's you talk to them first. It worked out quite well.

Attempted to call and schedule work with this company, and they stated they did not have time for our job. After asking for a recommendation for another company that could help, they simply said they did not know anyone. Office staff was not helpful and rude with their communication.

I have had several utility lines replaced from gas to the water main and gordon plumbing did a good job although a week ago when they came out to run a new water main I was out of town and I wasnt aware that they were going to be doing the work that day so I had to rush home because someone failed to give me proper notice until the last second when a whole crew of men and machinery was at my house. I appreciate the good work though guys

Gabe came to our house to fix a leak in our toilet. We were already stressed, but he made the interaction so much easier and was in a great mood. We will use Gabe from now on, he was fantastic!!!

-------changing from one star to 3, the ONLY reason is due to how great the techs where at their jobs. if it was only based on the service this would be a 5 with no complaints. the absence of two stars is purely due to the bs i dealt with on the phone. -------getting the run around for the past two days, evrytime we talk to them it feels like they are just a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off running around. maybe its not the person on the phones fault but they should be the ones that know the info and stay in tough with the tech. instead it seems everyone there hates eachother, says it other one was feeding the lies , then get the same bs from someone else, comunication is so key and yet they have let it just slide by like it doesnt make a difference. seems to be the same lady thats been mentioned on here several times that has a problem talking to customers, maybe not the best person for that spot? find something for her to do that doesnt loose you biz? seems a bit counter productive. look ive worked construction, ive worked in high stress high risk lines of work and kept it together with not haveing to resort to lieing to customers or other employees, yeah it takes more guts to tell them the truth but thats also what gets the job done and keeps customers happy in the long run. at this point we have had water riseing and sinking leaveing behind solid matter that i would like to clean once, not every other hour sense nbothiong has been done to fix this , we have animals that even if kept away from the area are now being exsposed to airborn pathogens for far to long. if the company was to busy they should have stated that from the start and not trailed us along for the chance of money.

Rudy and his team just finished switching all pipes in my house, installing a new water heater. They were professional, punctual and came prepared with all supplies they needed ( so you don't have to run to store to get something which you need to provide to your contractor). AND the best of all not only the price was unpar with other licensed plumbers but they also did all the work in one day. It felt like he did his homework, planned ahead and completed project without a hitch. Considering my latest experiences with contractors in CA, I would say if you need a plumber Rudy should be in your phone address book. I will definitely will use them again.
Ah, I have to mention one more thing he said he can apply for city permits when you need it and if anyone ever faced this dilemma they will know how much time it takes besides money. -
Although I have not had need to use the services of Gordon Plumbing, I have seen the way Jerry Gordon treats his employees. Everyone should be so lucky to have such a caring employer as Jerry Gordon. The way his employees are treated certainly amplifies to his customers.

Beware - can't event troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out, threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine, and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging myself. I got a bill for $180 - he was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet. Called and they lowered the bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up, flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly. Did not even try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife it paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets. I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5ft one in between the plumber visits) and fixing it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

Very professional. Gordon Plumbing did the repair work very quickly and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I even got a phone call fifteen minutes before he showed up to let me know he was running a little late.

We have a clogged drain. After having 4 others companies come out and they couldn't fix it. According them them I needed all new pipes!! Josh from Gordon's came in did his job and fixed the clog. Without trying to sell me $3000 pipe replacement.

They have lied about water issues repeatedly. We have had standing water in our apartment for a day and a half because they don’t know how to snake a drain properly. They lied and told the apartments they were done and fixed the issue when they didn’t so our apartment flooded again for a 2nd time.

I work with 3 mobile home communities and I keep this company on their toes quite often. They have never disappointed us or the residents. Absolutely recommend!

I had someone come out when our water heater would not light. They found something else wrong that was pretty big. This gentleman went above and beyond to fix it and make sure we were safe. Highly recommend this company.

Shawn came out to take a look at our outdoor drainage pipes. He was completely honest and provided all options available to me to fix the problem. This included options for me to address the issue on my own. His level of integrity is hard to find. I highly recommend Gordon Plumbing, Inc.

Have been out to work on our toilets 3 times now. The first visit, we were told there was nothing wrong wrong and he left, the second visit he came in, did something (we didn't watch to see what, as we thought he was "working") and then he came out about 15 minutes later and said it was fixed only to have the issue reoccure the next day. The third time we called we were told it would be a day or two before they could come out, 3 days later he arrives and this time brings in a snake to actually clear our lines and then he informs us that the water pressure is too low and that is why we are having all these issues (remember this is after 3 visits we are told this). So we ask if he could adjust the pressure, and that's when we are told "that would have to be a separate work order, so will have to called in and we can come back out and do it".
Unfortunately for us this same company is constantly being called by our employer, I just hope it's not something underhanded, but what ever the cause, it's us employees and our customers that are incinvienced. I just want to warn any honest companies out there away from this place. -
Hired Gordon because I needed someone to snake the main line and inspect it for growing roots/cracks. All I can say is they were professional and they did a great job explaining the process as they went along. Price was good too. I even got a fairly decent discount in the end.

Don with Gordon's plumbing was an answer to my mother's repair prayers. She had called several companies, who charged outrageous service fees to come out. Don came out analyzed the problem and had a new commercial Water Heater in for a fraction of the cost proposed by competitors. My Mom who is an elderly lady now has hot water, after many weeks, from a very trustworthy company! Thanks Don! May God continue to Bless this business. Thankful Daughter

This Service is awful. The first time they came out to the house it was great, they were on time, they made a call before they came, service went wonderfully. two weeks later our water started to back up again, so we called them. Gave them a time crunch because we both had to work, had one phone call saying he was on a job but then would call before he came to the house. No call, no service before we had to work, no message saying they had been to the house while we were gone. Called to schedule another appointment, was argued with that we did not anwser the door. Third appointment, again no call, no service. Called again to find out what is going on to schedule a last appointment before going somewhere else. And I was told that they refuse to uphold their warranty, and I was hung up on. If you call them you may expect rude behavior and unprofessional conduct.

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them.
The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder!
I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.
The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that.
The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).
