Would have given 5 stars but they forced the electrical counter sales guy out , should have kept Dave, been there for ever and knew all the terminology we spoke. Too many new people that dont know anything about the material they are trying to do sell.

Cheap prices!!!! They know their stuff. Be cordial with them and they’ll be cordial with you!! I didn’t end up purchasing because the information they give is so valuable. I was recommended to do a little more research and make sure it’s the gun I want!

Way overpriced. Plus a ridiculous restock fee. I purchased a tool that was hanging on the wall behind the counter to replace a lost tool. 72 dollars. I found the lost tool, tried to return the one I bought. They wanted me to give them 30 bucks to return it and hang it back up right behind them. What a crock! Overpriced Kirby Risk and Grainger still a better deal than this place.

First time here. Not very friendly with customers more like with each other. 🙃I waited an hour for my wire. Not sure if that’s normal but really shouldn’t be.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Central Supply Company, but most specifically for Jacob P. who works there. My wife and I had our hot water tank end on us after two years, and Jacob did everything in his power to help us. Prior to talking with him, we been on the phone for 6 hours with other people trying to find a solution, but he was the first that seemed to truly want to support and help us with our replacement, working beyond what might be expected. He worked with us with kindness, patience, and education, taking time to validate everything and to ensure we felt comfortable with plans moving forward. He stayed late to help knowing how difficult a situation we were in. If everyone at Central Supply Company is as amazing as Jacob is, I cannot recommend it enough - I've never had such amazing service and support and truly appreciate everything!

You guys didn't do any work for me but I was at Meijer parked in the spot because I have a trailer on my truck and a guy in a service truck decided hes gonna park 3" in front of my truck where I couldn't hardly get out And he didn't even bother to move so I just wanted to let you know that guy that was there at Meijer is a real rude dude thank you.

Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This company was called by my apartment complex to fix my kitchen sink. The guy that came out accused me of lying about the issue and then refused to fix it. And proceeded to tell the property management the issue had been fixed and collected payment.

As a company that has given Gordon Plumbing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business, we are left completely UNSATISFIED with their work and/or charges.

They've always been great, but I only called them to asked about who to see for leak detection. They made a good recommendation and when it comes to plumbing service I plan to use them again.

I do not recommend Gordons Plumbing, they do poor quality work. They did not have an inspection done by the city before burying the pipes, otherwise it would have not passed inspection. We got ripped off.

we tried to use their business but they are very unprofessional we had an appointment and when we were waiting on them they didn't bother knocking on the door or calling to see if we were here. plus they charge for "technician hours" even though we were waiting on them and nobody bothered saying anything.
