My failing septic system finally needed to be converted to the newly available Low Pressure Sewer system in our neighborhood. L.D.Smith was noted as Certified to install the E-One grinder pump I had chosen for the new sewer conversion and they proceeded to evaluate my 1938 home's plumbing, electrical and all needs for this project. Upon approval of their quote for all services provided, they quickly scheduled my home to be completed over a 3 day period to return our home to fully functioning status! This was a major project and all parties involved showed the professionalism and expertise to get the job done right the first time. I'm thrilled to report that nearly 2 months later, everything is operating perfectly and we couldn't be happier!

Had a clogged toilet and Mark was able to clear it rather quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and helpful. Problem solved quickly and reasonable price!

We had a bid from one company, who told us that our pipes were reduced to mud on the bottom as they had deteriorated over time. They wanted to crack up our concrete basement floor thru 2 rooms to replace the pipes. Would need new flooring in the rooms, etc. Bid for work was about $30,000. Remodeling our problem. So we called L. D. Smith. They ran camera thru pipes from basement kitchen out to our septic access. and walked us through the video of the process. Pipes were worn on a 1940 house, but intact. No mud bottoms. No blockage.They cleaned the pipes leading to our septic and cleared blockage under sink. Cost about $1,500. Linda

We were very pleased with the work of LD Plumbing. All encounters with sales(Joe Garza), scheduling/payment and day of event crew(Wes and teammate) were top notch. They were all thorough and experienced. The onsite crew worked diligently to repair our clean out, while maintaining our yard and their clean up was amazing. We have worked with other plumbing companies over the years to maintain our 1960's home and our experience with LD was by far superior.

Thanks to a random internet search, I found Test Gauge when I was searching for a place to repair my backflow test kit. I talked to Kevin, who told me to bring it in and they could fix it on the spot. 15 minutes after I arrived, my tester was fixed. Thanks Kevin and crew!
