Mason is an excellent plumber and we will continue to ask for him when we need a plumber. A bathroom faucet was dripping and it was one of those China or some other country that could not be fixed. We bought a Koehler faucet and he was able to come back 2 days later and install it. Another excellent job by him. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a personable employee. He's a wonderful representative for your company !

So, I hadn’t planned to leave a review, but they’ve text me multiple times asking me to review which is incredibly ironic based on our experience. We asked LD to come over to do work on our dishwasher. We explicitly asked for someone with experience with dishwashers. The person who arrived flat out said I don’t do dishwashers but I’ll look. They still charged us the fee associated with the service visit then sent a quote for $1500. I reached out expressing my irritation at being charge (if memory serves) $250 for someone to say “IDK but I’ll give it a shot” and they said they’d get back to me. Obviously they never did and I was content to let it ride. But, if they’re going to keep asking for reviews - they’re going to get one. :)
