I called J&l for a well pump problem They were so wonderful on time very professional had my well pump changed out in a timely manner. These people are God Sent. I would recommend them to everyone

2 weeks ago I had my well pump replaced,wires and pipes they did us a great favor and I have had no problems with anything they done, they have done spectacular job and now I need my garage rewired and have a bathroom put in it so I'm definitely going to call them back and have themdo the work since they did a awesome job on the first work I had done, so if I was anybody else I would call them to get the job done right.

Leon Hughes (the "L" in J & L) is a grifter. Do NOT hire him. I paid him 50% down ($1,325) on a project. He cashed my check at a check cashing place within 45 minutes of receipt and never did the work despite repeated calls. His daughter is also dishonest. They said they would have the needed parts the next day. They didn't. They told me they would need cash to buy the parts from a distributer in town because the distributor didn't take credit. Well, I called the distributor and learned they take "everything" (credit, etc.). Lesson learned...I had the distributor (Covalance) do the work. It was done properly and quickly. If you choose to go with Leon Hughes and his band of thieves, then you're taking a huge risk. (And don't fall for his fake "mumbling." It's all an act.). I'd rate him a "zero" if I could but Google won't allow a post without at least one star.

Scammers. This company has 30 yrs of lawsuits unpaid, have been under investigation from the AG for years as well as been on the local news for scamming customers. The owner is rude, hard to understand and verbally aggressive. With proof of work, receipts, pictures, call logs and text, owner will still deny their company did the work nor honor their warranty. We paid 1700 in July 2025 to have our brand new well pump break 122 days later. Our power bill has been double since July. When they did finally decide to do the work, they no longer had the receipt to the well pump so they were unable to exchange for a new one. They pulled everything out, cut the pump and left it that way. We had to come out of pocket to buy a new pump and wire and install it all ourselves.

I had a great experience with this well pump and repair service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. Leon arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained every step of the repair in a clear way. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. I cant thank you enough for your help.

Terrible, terrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Look at their Yelp reviews. Claims of multiple civil suits, not standing by their work. They definitely don't show up when they say they will, then you have to call them. They install 10 year old parts and charge you full, new retail price. Total crooks. Call literally anyone else.

Returning customer of 2 years now, Leon and his Crew work on all my rental properties. I have had not one issue with this man nor his company or crew, To me they are every bit of professionals and know the field. Today a tenant of mine called me saying she did not have any water. I reached out to Leon and told him my tenant called saying she didn't have water, I gave him the address and he told me to meet him at the property in a hour. We met and we discovered a busted pipe in the back yard along with a bad pump that had started to rust, Leon and I chatted for a bit that he would be doing the work and collecting half down and the rest when finished. Had a few minor hiccups but nothing Mr. Leon and his crew could not handle. My tenant had water the next afternoon and I was pleased again with the with Mr. Leon and his business had done for one of my properties.

The best. Quick, responsive, attention to detail one could not hope for a better rep organization and warehouse team!

He provided great service and was very helpful. I appreciate his punctuality and will be using his services in the future.

Bill was great! After a couple of weeks of our garbage disposal not working, we scheduled an appointment. He texted to confirm the time the night before and let me know he may be a little late due to an earlier appointment - awesome communication - and only showed up a few minutes past 10:30. He was quick, efficient, had no issue pinpointing the problem (how a rock managed to get down there, I’ll never know), and was in and out in 15 minutes, leaving me with a fixed garbage disposal, a quick dejamming-a-garbage-disposal how-to, and the knowledge that if it leaks, it’s gotta get replaced. Extremely quick, professional service! We called in for a water heater replacement, and they came the same day to fix it. The service was quicker than expected and also at a much better rate than other quotes we received. Fast service, great value, friendly workers. 10/10, would hire again!

Bill said he could come the next day, and he did. He took out water heater, took it to Lowes, got a new one, installed it, had to make a trip for hardware since the old one wouldn't drain, and replaced a leaky pipe and put in a new valve. He checked all of the faucets in the house to make sure they all worked. He also swept up the mess before he left. I was VERY pleased with his work, very professional but personable, and the young man who came to help was just as polite and pleasant. I highly recommend!

Bill the owner of the company promptly responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes. He asked the appropriate questions to determine my water heater needed to be replaced which I knew was the case. The next day he arrived at the scheduled time and quickly replaced our water heater. He is a true professional and saved us lots of money compared to the quotes we received from the large plumbing companies. We will call Bill for all of our future plumbing needs.

Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided.
