Had an appointment for Feb 13th, made weeks in advance. The employee said he couldn't get the above ground lid off. Says he will be back in the morning. I call in the morning amd receptionist says it will be that afternoon amd I will get a call, that's others are in front of me. I get no call and no service. I call this morning and the receptionist says she was not notified. I say why are you doing other appointments when you didn't make mine. She says the appointments were made 2 and 3 weeks ago. Hello so was mine. Definetly not a reliable company besides that other companies are the same price with I'm sure 100 percent better service.

They didn't charge to come out like a lot of companies do.

When they got here, they were able to fix my toilet quickly and because it was an easy fix, they didn't charge me a dime. 100% would recommend to a friend!

Outstanding same-day service. I called around 8:30am, they were onsite by 10:00am that morning, and they immediately took care of business. Staff was friendly & professional and they went above and beyond to take care of our problem (including waiting onsite for the plumber to complete their work to be sure no further service would be needed). Highly recommended!

I called up Curt & Jerry Sewer after a referral from another local plumbing company to investigate a sewer gas smell in my house. A couple guys arrived and I explained the issue to them. They offered up some 'advice' on the issue but barely even came inside. Instead of going into the basement to actually investigate, they just told me what they 'probably thought' the issue was from and gave me a $99 service visit bill. Since the issue was not resolved, I contacted another company and they were able to locate the issue within two minutes of being in the basement. I would not recommend contacting Curt & Jerry to look into any issues. Calling them turned out to be a complete waste of $99.

This morning I called Curt and Jerry's based on a referral, and left a message for help with clogged plumbing over the weekend. Denise called me back within minutes. (Other companies did not, or called 1 hour later.) Mike and Joe came when I was told to expect them, evaluated the situation, did the job and were out of here in less than an hour. And plumbing and life are back on track!! Thanks so much!!

I had a drain backing up in the basement on a day when a snow storm had the city shut down. I called someone I'd used before but he couldn't get anyone here for several days. He recommended Curt & Jerry. They were here in about 2 hours and quickly figured out that the problem was the kitchen sink even though the sink was running normally. The charge was reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

Called 5 March for an appointment for today - mid-morning. The person on the phone would not confirm that they cleaned out vent pipes which seem to be the problem. The tech has not shown, nor has anyone called to confirm a late arrival. I won't use this company again.

About a year ago, my home had issues with tree roots in our pipes. I had been quoted by another company that our repair would likely run about $13,000 and we would be without water for a week. I wanted to get a second opinion, and am SO GLAD that I called Curt and Jerry's for that opinion. They were so professional, direct, and honest.
I spoke first with a woman, who asked specific questions related to my issue and was up-front about the potential limitations of their service, should my problem be larger than what their company specialized in. She was kind, communicative, and quoted me an accurate timeframe. She explained the way their service differed from others, and explained how they would help resolve me issue.
When the plumbers/technicians/folks arrived, they were quick, professional, and knowledgeable.
My drainage issue was resolved for a Fraction of the cost I had originally been quoted. and so much more expediently than if I had gone with another company.
*I will mention that the folks who came to home weren't particularly 'friendly', but were certainly professional. The only reason I mention that is so that anyone who may use this company wouldn't be put off, or doubt their abilities. It by no means bothered me; being charming doesn't mean one is a more honest or competent tradesperson.*

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. My issue took place nearly a year ago, and I just felt compelled to contribute to their positive ratings.

These folks are honest, fairly priced, and get the job done right -- and fast! I was quoted several thousand dollars by one of the big-name, corporate plumbing companies. I sought a second opinion and somehow ended up here. Curt and Jerry got me fixed up for a fraction of the price. Everyone at the company from Denise on the phone to the fellows who came out to do the job were extremely helpful and honest.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

They didn't show for 2 days straight after calling and stating they were on their way. On the third day they showed up without calling so no one was home, but the bill showed up in a timely manner :-)

Did thorough work. It was more than expected. They know their business well. Also, after they finished, the work area around my clean out was pretty clean.

I called for a service that is listed on their website. I was (rudely) told by the person that answered that they have "never done that before". It seems odd then to have it listed on your website as a service you provide. Obviously no need to move forward with anything.

My husband used to take care of these things(plumbing/lawncare etc.), but he has passed. So when I reached out to Curt and Jerry Sewer Service, the young lady who answered the phone talked me through everything. I had lots of questions, as I’m doing this on my own now, but she didn’t hesitate to make me feel comfortable about being new to this. She answered everything she could. I will definitely be using them in the future when it’s time for my sewer cleaning!

This is the worst customer service ever!! The lady that answers the phone is the rudest most combative customer service rep I have ever talked to. I would not give her 1 star. She deserves a negative 10.

Great service from great people. We had a pump go bad and when they went to pull it, it was stuck. He explained the process and they finished up the tank replacement and everything except the pump the first day. And as Leon said, today (July 4th Holiday) Leon and his assistant were here early and the pump came right out. They had water flowing outside within 30 minutes off the pump head line to flush out and water in the house 30 minutes later. He gave very specific instructons on the process to turn water on one item at a time, and run for certain periods of time. He'll be back in 5 years for the service of the system. No one has done anything to my well for the 19 years ive owned this hoise and Leon gave us good info and educated us on how to "maintain" a well as a home owner. No one else, but J&L will take care of my well. Vic Russell.
