So... I bought this toilet there and it has the feature that surprised me. I flush the toilet and this shot of water hits me in the face. The manager there did not tell me there was a drinking fountain included. The gifts keep on giving with this business. For me it's the little things. I'll be back for more household needs. I cant wait til I get a water heater!!!

I had phoned the plumbing dept at Plumbers Supply and patiently the gentleman listened to my plumbing problem and did a search to try and help me on a part for my mother's shower needing replaced , when he informed me that they did not carry what I was needing, he did direct me to contact another company that is known to carry older parts. What a great employee of Plumbers Supply which is a reflection of the kind of service you can depend on getting through them.

I'm a subcontractor stationed in the indianapolis area, i called to get a invoice on some 5x8 boca plates. Sweet lady who answered was respectful and connected me to jason i believe is his name. Couldnt really hear him well, sounded like he was doing something and his tone made me feel like he didnt want to bother with me. After giving him some information he quoted that the 100 box would be $318. Just checked online. They're in the $200 range. Didn't appreciate how he treated me. I felt like a nuisance, when i was respectful throughout the whole conversation.

Joe Lockhart at the counter is an absolute pro. I went two other places and couldn't find anyone who knew the brand or where I could find replacement parts for an obscure claw foot bath plumbing setup. He knew exactly what it was by looking at it. He got me all the info to order and gave me some great assistance. I'm so grateful for him and his experience.

Zach Fisher of Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber responded right away and came out promptly to give us an estimate on our plumbing issues. He went above and beyond in repairing all the issues we had going on under our kitchen sink. We had 3 leaky valves, an old garbage disposal that needed replacing, along with replacement of a kitchen faucet. He was able to complete all necessary work in one visit and did an excellent job! Zach was pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. We highly recommend!

Jason M. phoned me early and showed up on time and did a superior job of not only listening to my needs but fulfilling them. He had to leave to pick up the system as they do not inventory them on their trucks.

I purchased a replacement water softener and carbon filter system.

Caleb Retherford was very helpful and came out and fixed exactly what we needed. He gave us a quote for further services we could use in the future and he recommended some other quick fixes to some things we needed and was very knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. He was friendly and polite. He kept his work clean and was kept communicating with me the entire time about what he was doing. He kept me aware of cost, what my next steps would be, and never forced me into to doing anything I didn't need done. I appreciate the hard work and kindness, it goes a long way!
