Gavyn (Gavin) and Ryan did an excellent job investigating a partially clogged upstairs bathroom. Snaked all the way to basement I think, and discovered this hard plastic obstruction. Did a great job, professional and would have them back again. Highly recommend

Kitchen drain was clogged. Technician Mason could not clear it easily because the drain pipe was clogged with grease. He broke a pipe joint with the auger and released what turned out to be most of the clog. He presented an option to have the whole line replaced, which was reasonable. He repaired the line break, put everything back together and the line seems to be clear. I paid only a drain clearing fee. Well done.

Mr. Plumber and their team, specifically Mike and Diego did a fantastic job installing a gas line to our existing fireplace. They took the time to answer all of our questions. Had HVAC maintenance check up as well as my water softener discharge being redirect from the sump pit to sewer line and had the shower drain and main drain hydro jetted. All came in the morning as promised and all did an exceptional job!!

The water valve access behind the refrigerator was replaced. He did a good job just could have worn shoe covers. The cost was a shock yet these days everything is costing more than expected! The refrigerator wasn't pushed back enough & blocked access to the garage from the kitchen door. He was polite & professional & fixed the problem. Thank you!!!

We had a toilet bubbling when large volume was coming from a tub or washer. Sebastian and Blake initially came out and used an auger on the clean out and removed the toilet and went that way also. Less than $100 for this entire service! However, we still had an issue with large water volume and Mr. Plumber was already scheduled a few days later to camera the drain. The camera showed many calcium deposits and grease. Then a pressure jet was used with camera checks after each pass to identify any other issues. Once complete, the drain is perfect, high volume water no issue and the clean out is showing the same volume heading out to the sewer. Henry operated the jet and Warren the camera. Everyone at Mr. Plumber, including customer service, was FANTASTIC!! I recommend Mr. Plumber with the highest praise and trust that they will exceed your expectations, and their pricing can't be bettered, especially at this level of service. Ron on Indy's Eastside.

Okay, here’s the final score. It took 4 days over 3 weeks and 8 guys, but everything is fine now. Granted that we had some weird problems. All the guys doing the work were great: new water conditioner and water heater in and working on day one which revealed a well problem, new well pump in and working on day two. When the new water conditioner was giving weird readings and using ridiculous amounts of salt after two weeks, the next guy had an explanation and solution in place pretty quickly, but that indicated another well problem. The well guys were back the next morning, pulled the pump and fixed the problem before lunch. All in all a good experience, except the problem with getting the extra payment refunded. That took two weeks and three calls (one never returned) to sort out.

Sewer Line breaks are a new homeowner's worst nightmare, especially if it's your first home like my situation. Having Scott Steepleton as the Site Supervisor for our repairs made everything so much easier to handle. Him and his team tackled our situation with grace and precision from the moment we called. Our home went from a raw sewage laden biohazard to a comfortable bungalow again in just a few days! Scott has been nothing short of a blessing for my wife and I. He is professional, knowledgeable, and above all ethical. I know I can trust Scott to always have my best interests in mind and that is what puts Mr. Plumber above the rest in my eyes. I know who to call again if I have more problems!

Chris and Mike came by to check a leak on a reverse osmosis water filter faucet, which had puzzled me for days. A very thorough and efficient assessment was made, and Chris explained the whole thing, so even I could understand. The leak was due to water pressure changes, and a few simple steps resolved the problem. Good men, professional, courteous and genuinely helpful. Quite pleased indeed.
