Paid for a drain clean out. They got the main clog, but came with a camera the next day and found they left a big clump by where the drain enters the sewer. They said they have completed their “contractual obligations” by getting the water flowing. Not at any time was this wording used before or during the service. I was told at the end the work would not be warranted because of clay piping, which I understand. But I paid for a clean out and the drain is not cleaned out. Water running, yes, but setting me up for failure faster by not completing the job that has already been paid for. Will strongly discouraged others from using service. I should have went with Pat Sewer and Drain like I had originally planned, but Roto Rotter matching the price made me feel confident in the beginning.

Bathtub clog got the best of us. But David was prompt, friendly, and worked fast! And on a Sunday morning at that. Can't wait to shower and not end up standing in ankle deep water!

David Tlau has a nice personality, was very thorough, easy to communicate with. David explained several things that I wasn't aware of. David was very professional. I would recommend Roto-Rooter. I've used Roto-Rooter in the past at another residents. Happy Holidays

Jalen from Roto-Rooter was outstanding. He came out on a Sunday night, quickly unclogged our pipes and toilet, and was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. He explained everything clearly and left the area spotless when he was done. Truly great service—highly recommend Jalen and Roto-Rooter.

Jalen did a great job clearing my kitchen sink! It had been backup up and a normal store snake was not doing the job for me. He was prompt, professional and respectful of my home. Much appreciated it.

Shower drain/pipe was leaking through the downstairs ceiling. Called and they sent someone out the next day. David came in the morning, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed before the afternoon. Seems to have been a gasket leaking which I figured was the case. I was hoping to not have to cut a hole in the ceiling but unfortunately it had to be done to figure out the issue and fix it. All in all I am just happy it is fixed and we can use our shower. David did a great job.

My laundry drain is backed up and reached out to get a drain clean out. I had scheduled an appointment for a Monday and was given an approximate time from 5-6. I kept receiving messages that they were running behind for them to never show. Then called me around 10pm that I was rescheduled for Tuesday from 5-7 window. Gave them another chance to come out and called and asked to see if they could come sooner stated they were busy but would note to come an hour earlier. They never showed or sent any communication of running behind so I called to cancel the appointment. Th representative didn’t even try to retain the business. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

This has been a very extensive repair of drain lines and installation of outside drain clean out.. I have worked with Taylor Edwards Field Supervisor. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with as well as extremely knowledgeable! He has been excellent at communicating all my options patiently without any pressure. Even on his day off he drove to my home to help facilitate the work to be completed. He has made this very difficult situation more tolerable and helped provide great solutions to the problems. The crew has been professional and hard working in the freezing cold weather. Thank you!

David was a huge help replacing my outdoor spigot, which was badly corroded and leaking. He handled the job quickly, charged a fair price, and was professional and kind throughout. I also really appreciated that he let me watch and explained what he was doing - especially since he was there to get the work done, not field my million questions. Highly reccomend!!

All the showers and toilets in our home would not drain and when I ran the washer the water backed up through our toilet in the guest room and water was everywhere! It was fairly obvious our mainline drain was plugged. I called a plumbing company I had worked with before but they could not be out until the next day. I looked up other plumbing companies and I saw Roto Rooter had good reviews so even though it was late in the day I called them. To my surprise they said they could have a technician out in about an hour and a half and he would assess what was need to fix the problem and give me a price. If I did not like the price he would leave and there would not be any charge.

Well a technician named Jalen came out, said he believed the mainline was blocked and he gave me the price. I asked him to go ahead and he worked hard for two hours getting the line unblocked. Jalen was courteous, knowledgeable, and did one heck of a job solving the plumbing problem. He cleaned up neatly when he was done and was a pleasure to have in our home. He is a credit to his company!

I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any of your plumbing needs and if needed I will use them again.

If you get Jalen as your technician that would be an added bonus!

Alijah came to our house to replace our kitchen faucet. He was on time, quick, and seemed like a genuine person. We really enjoyed him! Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again in future!

Jason came out today from Plumb Doctor to help with my shower that wouldn't shut off. He had the parts needed to fix the faucet but once opendo he realized he needed more tools to undo a stripped screw. He didn't complain, ran to LowesL came back and he was done in a jiffy. Very good customer service! He communicated well and made sure I understood what he was doing. I will definitely use Plumb Doctor again.

We scheduled for next day service to replace a leaky garbage disposal and add a couple of new shut offs. The whole process was great, and service technician was personable. Easy to schedule, all tracked via a phone app, and reasonable prices! Absolutely would use again! Thanks!!!

I had to call plumb doctor due to a backed up garbage disposal that was making my house smell wretched. Jamie got me scheduled right away and John and the guys came out and did a excellent job repairing the problem at a lower price than the other 5 companies that I had called to get quotes from. I will no longer waste time looking for another company to fix any type of plumbing problems in the future! I assure you that the team at plumb doctor is the most professional and affordable company in there field!

We had Ricky replace our broken faucet with our new faucet. I was planning on doing the swap myself, but ran into an issue with the house's water supply lines having a push stop valve instead of a ball valve. Not wanting to mess something up, i called Plumb Doctor, and they sent someone out within a business day for a quote. The quote was reasonably priced, and Ricky did a great job installing the new stops and faucet. He even spent the time to clean up a few spots of water, ensuring that his work was complete and tidy. I would recommend them for anyone needing any plumbing work.

Had pleasure to work with Steven with my urgent clogged toilet issue, he was very responsive and scheduled next day service. He addressed the issue and further scoped the property for issues. Definitely will use his service again. Highly recommended!

Had my sump pump back up 3 times in 3 days, was using a different plumber. Plumb Doctor came out went above and beyond the call of duty. Dustin was the technician and stayed till 9 pm. To fix the pump. Also my hot water tank was ruined in the flooding. He replaced it and made sure we were up and running before he left. Highly recommend.

Miguel was very friendly and professional. He made sure to take the time to educate us on all of the recommended and needed work which we really appreciated. While we did not use plumb doctor this time however we will be considering them for our future needs.

Ricky came to my house and did an awesome job! We had 2 separate leaks and jumped through hoops to correctly diagnose and treat them. He even put up with my dog trying to help the whole time. Awesome guy and awesome work done. We’re very pleased
