Jason gave us the lowest estimate for the variety of plumbing issues we had, but I would have hired him even if his estimate had been higher. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the jobs in a couple of hours. Well done!

Steven and his team have been a preferred vendor for all my homeowners clients for years! As an insurance agent, its so nice knowing my clients are in great hands always w him and his team. I wouldn’t hesitate to personally use them either!

Tim was great! He explained the repairs clearly and was finished in a reasonable time. Very polite and friendly. Left the area just like he found it, no mess. Previous plumber from another company that first repaired gave me some song and dance about having to replace the subfloor. Tim echoed what I thought at the time...the prior plumber was out for money by doing unnecessary repairs. I will recommend Plumb Doctor to all of my friends.

Had a leaky faucet and was worried about water damage to my home! Gave Plumb Doctor a call and they had a tech out the following morning. Dustin was the tech, he came in and found the problem immediately! He assured me that if the leak was fix ASAP I’d have a big problem! So Dustin went and got all the things needed and got the problem fix in no time! Dustin did an Amazing job and was really personable! I’ll be calling these guys back if I have any other problems pop up!

Overcharged.

Tim came out and successfully unplugged a clogged drain. I also asked to have an outside hose spigot replaced and they simply removed an aerator from the faucet head and he thought the leaking faucet was fixed. The faucet threads ended up being stripped and i couldn't connect a hose to use it.
Well, he came back out and charged me $550 to replace it from the inside and used likely in the neighborhood of $50 in parts. It took him about an hour to replace this.
Then he attempted to "mortar" around the spigot faucet in the stone wall and used a caulk of some type that sagged and fell out. He charged me $100 for this work($5 tube of caulk). I asked Tim for a refund and I will repair this seal myself. I never heard back from Plumb Doctor after several attempts to reach them.

UPDATE 8/31/2018 - The owner, John, did call me back to discuss my un-satisfied results and did personally come out to review the work and provide a credit that i asked for. I have added two stars to my original post for this company. His customer service commitment came through after all.

I have used plumb doctor twice now, once on a rental home we own and then, on our personal house. Both times they have showed up on time, were personable, and best of all gave me a great price when other plumbers wanted to charge me twice as much. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable honest company! Thanks again!

From the first initial call they did a good job with communication. The technician that came in the house explained possible issues and how to fix it. The communication was consistent throughout the visit. We had a small problem that ended up being part of a larger problem and they were good at diagnosing it quickly finding a solution and completing the work. Would certainly use their service again we needed.

Scheduling was very convenient and they even were able to come out earlier than expected. Jamie was very friendly and professional as was Jason. Jason was able to come out early and get us fixed in no time! I now feel like we have a ‘guy’ when we need a plumber.

Needed our water heater and water softener replaced and this company was extremely prompt and professional, and the cost was very reasonable. Got it all done start to finish within 3 days. Thanks specifically to Jared and Damion for the quick installation work!

Josh came out to inspect our problem on the very day we called for service. He was flexible and accommodating to our schedule for the repair. Plumb Doctor worked hard to fix our problem and Josh was so easy to work with. We will use this company again for sure!

Plumb Doctor backs up their guarantees on work. Six months ago they replaced our sump pump. The home warranty company, that they no longer do business with, would only cover part of the repair. They recommended work to be done, but it would be at additional cost. We trusted them and they did good work.

Flash forward six months and our sump pump broke down, but was under manufacturer warranty as well as workmanship. We quickly found out that Plumb Doctor was no longer doing business with that particular home warranty company and the initial discussion was one around that company being responsible. We had also stopped doing business with that home warranty company because of poor service and experience so, we were worried this would be a problem. However, we had the recommended extra work done and paid for it. This is where Jaimie from Plumb Doctor was amazing. She conveyed our story and situation to her bosses and staff as well as kept open communication with me. This was extremely important considering my basement was about to flood all over again.

So, within a short period of time Jaimie arranged for Ricky to be at our house that afternoon. Ricky found the primary pump had failed, replaced it on the spot and fixed a leaking pipe. Plumb Doctor was responsive. They were considerate of our situation and time. Finally, they backed up their guarantee on work.

I usually resist doing reviews, but I feel compelled to write one now. My kitchen and garage flooded in the late evening. I researched plumbers online and became overwhelmed with the massive list of names to contact. Tried reaching out to some with little to no success. Was told because of Holiday week I would be waiting awhile. Nearly at the limit of my frustration, I called Plumb Doctor. Literally within minutes, the Van pulled into my driveway.
My tech was named Chris. We were so impressed with his kindness and patience, not to mention his abilities and professionalism,that we immediately realized we were in good hands.He quickly diagnosed the issue and we were up and running in short order.They are now our go to plumbers along with family and close friends. I couldn't recommend Steven and Plumb Doctor more! I had a plumbing emergency that required a cleaning and restoration company's involvement. They recommended a fantastic company, and were able to come right away and work with the restoration crew with timing so they could get in to fix the issue very quickly and get us back living in our house as soon as possible. They walked me through the homeowner's insurance filing process for the repairs, were very professional and thorough, and checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. They even unhooked a troublesome washing machine so the restoration company could demo the area they needed. Everyone I talked to at Plumb Doctor was incredibly helpful, including Steven, Ashlyn, and the other plumber who was assisting. This is definitely the company I will call if I ever have a plumbing need again.

Josh did an amazing job with fixing the plumbing at our house! The services were quite affordable. Within 24 hours of calling, Josh had the problem fixed! They were even able to refer me/guide me on how to find someone with fixing the floor that was damaged with the water leak. I highly recommend!

I had a backed up drain in the basement, and I needed it fixed quickly. I called on Friday, got an immediate response, and they were able to send someone out at 8:00 am the following Monday. Rudolfo was on time, friendly and professional. It ended up being a very messy job (lots of mud in the drain,) so I was very appreciative that he cleaned up the mess after completing the job. He checked to make sure the drain was working properly, and gave me advice on how to maintain it to prevent it from getting clogged again.

I am very pleased with my experience of using the Plumb Doctor today. The plumber who replaced my leaking outside faucet was prompt and efficient. He worked quickly and was done in no time after all. My son recommended Plumber Doctor to me. I will do the same for friends who are looking for a plumber. Thanks!

Plumb Doctor was quick to respond to my needs and resolved my pluming issue. I’ve had them out two or three times since my first service request. My home is about 19 years old so there are problems to be expected. I’m happy to have a reliable provider anytime I have a plumbing issue. They do great, honest work.

Jason and Plumb Doctor are THE BEST very courteous, communicative and prompt, focused on the job and making sure both my husband and I were kept up to date with the issue the whole way. What started as a clog turned out to be a pretty major plumbing repair, Jason worked tirelessly at our home for two days straight and made sure the job was not only fixed but left it better than it was the day the plumbing was installed. I recommend calling Plumb Doctor for any service, we used them for repair work however I would consider them for upgrades, refurbs etc. very knowledgeable and great to work with!

With regards to an issue with my sump pump, Jason from the Plumb Doctor arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He identified the problem quickly, replaced the effected pump and did great in cleaning up after himself once the work was complete. I would FULLY recommend this company, especially Jason if any plumbing work is required in your home!! * * * * * stars for these guys!

Jake evaluated an alarming sump pump outside my house. I had turned off the alarm. He checked everything out and found it in good working condition. It just needed reset. He didn’t charge me the trip fee. Great service and timely response. I have Plumb Doctor in my contacts for any future plumbing needs!
