I recommend RNR Plumbing. We called in the morning and a technician.was out at noon to replace the water heater. Fast, friendly and installed in the same day.

One of their trucks was aggressively driving very early in the morning, and I don't like to give my business to people who don't care about the safety of others

No problems here, new WH installed on short notice, best price, and when they left didn't even know they were here!

The people on the phone were great, especially the service department, and the service tech Danny was the best.
Will use again ... highly recommended.

Zach is the best. He is careful, explains well, easy to understand, calm, very prompt. Cleaned everything up as he finished.

This morning one of their drivers pulled up to the side of me to flipped me off and clapped in a sarcastic way. I have no idea why he did what he did. I saw the name of this company on the truck which is why I’m here writing a review.

Quickly figured out the source of my leak and had everything needed to make the repair on the truck. The charge for the work was very reasonable.

Didnt use their plumbing service. One of their drivers was going almost 100mph in a construction zone today, tailgated me when there was a semi in front of us, then gave me the bird.

Professional, accommodating, helpful and fast. Dan fixed a gas leak for us that was a little outside the scope of what we thought it was to save us the trouble of calling in another company. Thanks Dan!

Can't say anything about their services but I wouldn't let them in my house based on the way they drive. This morning I witnessed one of their guys on I70 & I465 riding peoples bumpers, weaving in and out of traffic, etc... Totally wreckless!

I've never went through this company, but met a guy who worked for them at the gas station by the name of Nick. I asked him a couple of questions and he didn't hesitate to try and help me with my problem. If I ever need a plumber this will be the company I call!

This morning as I was heading into work at around 623am one of the R&R plumbing trucks was driving erratically weaving in and out of traffic. He was speeding and cutting people off. He also blew through two stop signs right in front of me. I would never use a company who dose not care about the safety of others!

Very aggressive drivers behind the wheel. I've seen their trucks weaving in and out of heavy traffic, tailgate and floor it when lights turn green. I've seen it quite a few times, though this last time I was able to get some information from the truck. Truck #49 was driving like a maniac down US 31 and again on 465

R&R Plumbing came to fix a leak in the foundation of my home. The workers let the jack hammer fall and crack and brake a large piece out of my toilet. Now they are trying to install a small cheaper toilet and refusing to replace my toilet with the same size and color as what the broke. The service manager wont let me talk with the owners. I will never call them again.
