They were prompt and able to get someoen oit. He was thorough with trying to find my problem which was all drains gurgling but then stopped. Tried to find outside drain but with snow covered couldn't and I had no idea where it is but will cont to look once snow gone. He had much patience with trying to find it. I always have good luck with any of dial one sources. Once I find the drain ill let them know and he said he will come back to check water drains

Provided a short time frame in which to expect service. Brian let me know when he pulled in. He provided excellent service and had all the materials to repair a burst pipe. Great service. John was helpful, on time and completed the work efficiently. However he didn’t replace the filler tube - so we can’t use the toilet even after the wall valve replacement. Also - $394 to replace the wall valve? The part costs ~$20 so we paid $374 for about 10 minutes of labor? I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone else.

I had an excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I want to especially recognize their technician, Mike. He is without a doubt the best they have. Every time he has come out, Mike has been professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.

We had a huge mess with the master bath. Mike came in on a Sunday for us (thats was so nice), no-one else would. He was EXTREMELY professional and nice. He handled the issue and explained a lot to us (he didn't have to do that). I was so relieved about the whole experience. Another kicker is that he had no intention of nickel and diming us for a Sunday call. If you ever need a plumber, please call this company and hopefully, you will get Mike. I'm beyond satisfied and I will NEVER use a different company.

Our technician was great. He explained everything to us. We hope he gets to be our technician on installation day. Very polite as well. Toby came back and installed our water heater. He did a great job!! Would refer him to friends and family.

My wife and I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Their technician Brett took great care of us—he was funny, sincere, and extremely professional. We really appreciated his honest opinion and expertise in helping us fix our master bathroom shower. The customer service was top-notch, and now our shower works better than ever. Brian went above and beyond and did a great job getting our old cast iron pipes. Not once did I ever feel like I was being ripped off, and the costs were very up front and clear. I would call them again for sure!

Ben Franklin company and technician Chris installed a wonderful Tankless Water Heater. It was snowing, my water heater broke and I had no hot water. The very next day, a Saturday, my water heater was installed. Great service and Great Product! Thank you! Fran Russell

Brian came out the morning I called to replace my water heater. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. It took him a couple of hours to take out the old water heater and replace it with a new one. He cleaned up the entire area and disposed the old water heater. Will call Benjamin Franklin again and request Brian if available.

I originally left a VERY negative post below. The manager, Jim, followed up immediately and addressed the issue appropriately and with a positive attitude. I appreciated how he approached the situation.

Mike completely lied to me. First he said Benjamin Franklin Plumbing never guarantees any previous visits to unclog plumbing issues. He said he couldn't proceed without my credit card ON FILE, even though I had given it to the office earlier in the day, and Mike told me there would be no chwrge to my credit card without my knowledge. I had told him the renter was paying any charges that might come up for the visit. The renters tell me they also told Mike before he started and when he finished that they were paying the bill, but he ended up charging my credit for the visit. First of all there is not supposed to be any charges for a followup visit for a drain clog under the company guarantee. But Mike said he had never heard that Benjamin Franklin Plumber had any guarantee?? Really??? And then he tells me he's charged my credit card, without permission, over $600, and has never heard of the company having a $99 unclog advertisement. Really??? What a scam artist.

Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. Michael Opp did an excellent job of explaining the problem at my home, actually showing me a picture of the problem and a quick schedule for making the repair. This experience was by far the best I’ve had for quite some time!!

They couldn't fix my water issue due to animal waste underneath a mobile home.
Appearantly, they don't have ground covering to keep them clean in any kind of various weather conditions.
Tech, altho, polite, said he wouldn't be collecting for this trip, and I told him no, you won't as I've already paid.
$90 for them to come out and do nothing. And, now, my water, for sure, is froze.

Juan was extremely professional and very quick. He walked me through everything that he needed to do and walked me through how that would impact my costs and different things. I would need to know about my home in regards to plumbing. I would recommend Juan and Ben Franklin to anyone.

John came out to diagnose a leak in our kitchen. He temporarily fixed the leak and scheduled a permanent fix along with some other work that was needed.

John is professional, personable and his work looked great. Nice and clean. He picked up after himself and left the job site clean.

I would love to have John work on any future plumbing needs I would have.

Brett explained everything he did and noticed other details regarding our softener to help with a potential repair in the future. He took time to understand our initial problem with the water heater and was very thorough in the repair process. Highly recommend him!

We had an semi-emergent issue and Benjamin Franklin was the first company out of 20+ we contacted that actually scheduled a visit that same day (Robert our plumber showed up within 1 hour). He was very upfront about cost and options with our issue. He was actually able to solve it for us with the least costly option. He was also very courteous and wore shoe covers. This will be the first company we reach out to moving forward!
