had to get my water heater replaced because i was randomly out of hot water. Called at 9:30 am and had it all done and replaced by 4!!
I already have hot water again and it’s still daylight!!! they did amazing. fast workers and did what they came to do and got out. Will definitely be contacting in the future if anything else happens !!!

Seth is super talented and friendly. He built a dump pump cover for me and I am extremely happy with the final product. He did a great job for me!

Jared was amazing. Found out I had no plumbing issues for him. It’s a main line issue that they are working on. He shared a lot of need to no information. On how to know if my pipes were frozen.

The water in my toilet bowl is low and bubbles when you flush it. Nathan told me nothing was wrong with it and told me he could replace my toilet with a standard toilet for $1300. This company is highway robbery! I'll buy a one at Lowes for a $120 and replace it myself... money wasted but never again!

The experience was the best from start to finish. They were patient with my questions and very thorough and honest with pricing. Drew was very nice and professional. He explained things well and did an amazing job on my repair. I will definitely call in the future with any plumbing issues.

I’ve had Pristine plumbing out twice now and each experience has been amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and knowledgeable from making the appointments to the service. I like how they give you options on different services and prices but are not pushy. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

While the technician Anthony was very nice, and after assessing the work needed on two toilets, he was very clear about the charges for any work I chose to have done, I now realize the cost was exorbitant. I was naive (71 year old woman), and had only called Pristine (good Google reviews) because my plumber had retired, and his partner was backlogged. Pristine charged me $436 to install a new fill valve on one toilet. I've talked with my old plumber's partner, and he was shocked at the price, saying he would have only charged $130. He will be coming to repair the other toilet in a week. It's my fault for agreeing to the $436 charge for the one repair, but I will not be calling Pristine for future work.

I have been following this company for a while on Instagram and I decided to give them a call when our gas line pipe was found to be corroded after recent generator install. I have to say they were on it everything was super prompt and smooth. The job was done all before noon today I called them around 4pm the day before. Thank you all so much!!

Drew did a good job of arriving in a timely manner and completing a thorough review of our softner system. Unfortunately I could not get the Rheem representative to agree with Drew’s diagnosis, so they will not ship the part (head unit) that Drew suggested would fix the problem.

I had frozen pipes that burst lot of water called 3 other companies and they couldn't come out for 3 days to turn water off I live alone and didn't know how to shut water off myself luckily Pristine was able to send someone over right away. Set up appointment the next day to fix. Different plumber came the next day hard working young man, spent about 3hrs or more replacing burst pipes and gouged me for $1600 and tried to sell me a new water heater. Nice guy but I told him not to touch water heater that also burst. 4 days later my pipes were frozen again Pristine said they would get someone out here the next week I demanded they get someone out now. They sent another very young man that said it would cost me at least $300 to thaw the pipes. I said no but I had another independent gentleman out and found out that water had not been turned on completely and they left the opening to my water meter open completely. No wonder my pipes froze again.

Ken from Pristine fixed the issues we had with our toilet and tub right away! Ken was super professional, informational, and clean. He even wore those shoe covers in the house, which is highly appreciated. Thank you Ken!

Pristine was quick to send help when I needed it. Bobby was my service man. He was so pleasant and located the issue quickly. He was able to explain the situation and offered a couple of solutions. I was able to choose the best option and Bobby had the details done in a few minutes .
It's a great pleasure to have helpful happy people sow up during a crisis. Today Gordon completed the hot water heater quickly and cleaned up.Thanks to Pristine and crew!!

Pristine was able to send Drew out within an hour or so on a Friday morning. He was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved, at a reasonable price, in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Pristine to anyone!

Pristine Plumbing was responsive and could schedule a technician out the same day. Bobby was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and knew just what to check for. Same for technician Derrick. Anthony did the actual repair of the leaky pipe In the slab coming from the hot water heater. He worked diligently all day breaking through the cement and the pea gravel to reach & repair the pipe, and then to close up the hole and patch it with cement. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. His work ethic is to be commended!

Nathan was very sweet and he tried his best to work with us and I thank him for that. You can tell he likes his job. Companies need more people like him.
