Nathan was great in explaining to me what would be done . He was very honest in telling me about two different ways in fixing the problem which I ask him .He sat and we talked about it. Which was very helpful to me.

The ladies on the phone (Nicci and Natalie?) and Ken and Dale and David and Gordon and Josh and Stephan and Anthony have gone above and beyond to make an unpleasant event as painless and "nice" as possible. This was the best experience I've ever had working with a business in my lifetime. I had a unique problem that needed fixed and they did everything they could to make it happen. Pristine was able to send someone out right away to replace a kitchen faucet that was inoperable due to lime buildup. It was a straight shot, no upselling various other things. In other words, I was heard. Love this company and will continue to give them my business.

He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I fully understood the scope of work. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well informed. He represented the company very well.

We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home.

They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. And now we have the most perfectly working sewer line ever! Top-notch work and even better people. David came and fix our piping in the laundry room, we had a major leak. He came in, explained to us the issue and fixed it in no time! I’d definitely use this company again!

Joe and the crew from LD Smith really came to the rescue yesterday. The night before we had lost water pressure in all of our faucets and Citizens found a leak in our water meter pit at 2 a.m. Joe and LD Smith arrived first thing that morning and were outside digging in the frozen tundra to assess the situation. A leak is never good, but with the subzero wind chill we were very concerned about how the leak could potentially damage our home. Joe and his team miraculously were able to fix the issue and strengthen the connection to the issue—zero damage to our home. They had the water back on before lunch—amazing!

David Mortensen and Jacob are a team of expert waterline repairmen for LD Smith. They did a great job for us today. I have high confidence in them and can recommend them for those tough plumbing repairs.

Very professional, affordable and responsive. Our garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacement. The tech David was awesome. I was even able to make a crockpot chili while he was working. In and out in an hour and I have my kitchen in working order again.

Lance and his team arrived in sub zero temps to help a client who was given a very high estimate by another plumbing company to repair her sewage lines. They assessed the damage, gave her a reasonable quote and calmed her fears. They are honest and reliable. 10 out of 10

Micah was my Plumber!

Yesterday, Micah came to clear out drain in basement, I truly appreciate how before he entered my home he put on shoe protectors, which has never happened before with any other company! He assessed the area and and clear out the drain.

He was knowledgeable about clean outs and provided the cost for this process and another drain cleaning solution. Then when he bought up the machine from basement, it was leaking black crude from drain, he actually wiped up the mess!

THEN WENT BACK DOWNSTAIRS TO MAKE SURE HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING!,

I was floored! this has never happened with any other plumbing company, EVER! I truly appreciate he service, he was very professional and kind!
