Brent Rodgers installed a new water heater in our home. It went out on a Saturday and Brent came out to take a look and installed the new one on Monday. It’s never a convenience when an important appliance decides to quit working, but Brent was thorough and explained the entire process before installing the new one. He was courteous and made sure that we understood how the new water heater works and the maintenance process that will need to be done on an annual basis to ensure the water heater lasts. Our old one lasted nearly 20 years. We hope to get 20 out of this one.

As always, the employees at Benjamin Frankling Plumbing are kind, courteous, prompt and very professional. The work they performed is perfect. It’s never enjoyable having plumbing, HVAC, or other home repairs done, but they make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you!

After having an emergency, I was placed on the installation schedule very quickly, and the technicians, Brett and Matt, got everything setup and installed in less time than I was quoted. Price was also half of what other companies had quoted. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Brian Pinnick used shoe covers. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made you feel comfortable without pressure, but unfortunately, his price were relatively high compared to competitors. Therefore, at the end, we did not use his services.

Bryce and Don were excellent. I have been calling for Don’s expert Plumming services for over 15 years. Our home is 80 years old and he understands whatever the problem is. He is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

This work was done at my 93 yr old mom’s hse. Brent communicated well & explained in detail what he did to us over the phone. . Very well pleased & will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again. Very professional from get go!

The plumber that came out was very nice. He explained everything that he was going to do. He told me what the price would be. He worked outside on a really cold day. I really appreciate the work that he done. He got the job done, and the price was what he said it would be. Thank you so much.

We had a leak in a water line to our washer. Brian came out same day, was terrific and fixed the issue. He also inspected our water heater and was very thorough and gave us info for future planning with the water heater. I highly recommend him and Ben Franklin!

Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. Called to talk through a service late on a Friday night and Jim didn't hesitate to walk me through potential sourcing of part solutions as well as offer his services to check their inventory on the weekend. Top Notch. Definately recommend.

Kody was friendly, professional, and thorough. He came out for an annual maintenance inspection for our tankless water heater. He asked questions and then explained everything. He was knowledgeable and low pressure when I asked about replacement costs if needed. This couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you, Kody!

I REALLY appreciate Juan 1 and Juan 2. Both were very knowledgeable, patient, polite, and ACTIVE Listeners. They took pride in helping us resolve the issue. They provided the maybe and the worst case scenario. Mr. Scott came with them the next day and he is amazing and a patient supervisor. He lead by example and it shows. Brian was prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. We called around 12:30 on Friday for a leaking pipe, and the issue was completely fixed by 2:30 the same day, which was impressive in itself.

They gave us a 2:00–6:00 pm arrival window, and Brian showed up at 1:55. I honestly can’t remember the last time a contractor arrived early, let alone exactly on time. That alone set a great tone for the visit.

Brian quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work. The repair was done efficiently and correctly, with no mess left behind. He clearly takes pride in his work and respects his customers’ time.

If you’re looking for a plumber who is responsive, reliable, and does quality work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brian/this company. We’ll definitely call them again if we need plumbing help in the future.

Brian Wilkins was great! He came in, assessed our situation (we had a water leak), then quickly got to work. Brian made sure to explain everything that needed to happen down to the minute details. Brian even set us up for restoration care, and made an appointment for a serviceman to come out the same day. We are very satisfied with the service that we received from Brian and the Benjamin Franklin experience.

Technician was on time and professional. Juan explained what he was going to do and what would have to be done if the first procedure did not work. He also stated the price up front. He worked quickly and efficiently. The company sends texts to keep you updated and includes the picture of the tech. Reasonable for a Saturday.

Donn and Bryce are very knowledgeable about plumbing. Their ability to diagnose the issue and provide the best solution is top notch. As a bonus they a friendly and patient which was important for my 75 year old mother. They took time to explain things to her. Thank you for your excellent work and customer service.

I can't speak highly enough on this service. The technical was polite and professional, found and fixed the issue in a timely, quality controlled his work and made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction before he left. Outstanding work!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, especially Seth Yazdzik. I needed a sump pump discharge PVC repair, and it had to be handled late in the day, which can be stressful but their team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish.

Seth was truly amazing. He showed up with a positive attitude, took the time to explain the issue clearly, and fixed everything efficiently and professionally. Beyond his technical skill, his kindness, patience, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who not only does excellent work but also makes you feel at ease while doing it.

Our water softener stopped working correctly and he came out Matthew and looked at it and even though we could not find our receipt so we pay he still did the service call didn’t cost much. There was $89 Service coffee, which is a lot, but it didn’t cost as much as I thought it would, but we still have to find a receipt so that they can refund the $89 Service call fee. It’s OK they can’t get our water softener working correctly again! our water softener again, but he was an awesome person.

Juan was awesome. Very professional. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. He laid everything out very simply so even I could understand it. I needed a valve replaced. He showed me the cost and the cost of putting a new one in. Gave me plenty of options. It was also a good price. Very happy. Glad I went with Benjamin Franklin. I really didn't know and kind of picked at random.
