Pristine Plumbers to plumbing service is what Chic Fila is to fast food! Impeccable service! I booked them after 1am an online ad for a mainline cleanout. Turns out I was actually looking at the service fee, but the personal that contacted me was great and was able to inform me of other deal pricing that offered a cleanout. Due to a September special I was able to get service for under 90$ !! I was contacted by 730am via text (which was great because I could communicate while working) and noted that I would receive a call 30mins prior to my tech’s arrival. My technician was on time to the minute, he was friendly, professional, informative and not aggressively trying to sell. Not to mention esthetically the uniform and plumbing truck was so cute designed in pink and I loved it. For a single female homeowner technicians can be scary and intimidating but Pristine’s service made me feel completely comfortable. I had to catch a pic of the truck from my ring cam to post to share lmao. THANK YOU PRISTINE!!!

Drew was friendly and professional. I felt he listened to me thoroughly to resolve my concerns. I was totally satisfied and at peace with the service received.

Peyton did a fantastic job installing the new toilet & water valve. He was very efficient. In & out within 4 hours.

An amazing company, very professional. they have top Of the line plumbers? I will recommend them to anybody Very pleasant to deal with From the office to the technicians to the plumbers to the ground crew Everyone is professional And has a good personality.

Trusting them was a big fault. Just for a simple gas leak fix they charged me 500. For a bolt and 10 minute work. My neighbors had same issue which was fixed for 120. I even checked with few other plumbers.Don’t trust them shop around.
I will not recommend this business to anyone. Please don’t take advantage of the situation and rob people like this. We all need to live but not by cheating. Definitely not calling again.

Great customer service and excellent work. Everyone was terrific—from scheduling, to sales and assessing my needs, to the repair itself. Even though it was a small job, they treated it with the same care and importance as a larger project. I truly appreciated the professionalism and attention throughout the entire process.

They sent out Ken for some floor drain issues. Please ALWAYS send Ken! He was personable, professional, and everyone on our staff enjoyed interacting with him. He explained everything he was seeing and what he would do to fix the issues and proceeded to do just that! It was a pleasure to have the "plumber dude" out to our store and I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and absolutely recommend asking for Ken!!

The company was readily available and sent someone out quickly to inspect what I needed. Peyton was nice, patient, and courteous—very easy to work with. Overall, a great experience.

These guys (3) A Team were totally AWESOME! they were professional, courteous, kept me informed every step of the way. They got into some nasty, difficult situations and got things done. Bobby was great, very approachable and explained things honestly and clearly. We know what we're dealing with with our water leak and Bobby worked with us to be able to finance the issue as we're coming out of a tight budget season.

Derrick, who came out along with another member (whose name I cant remember) got out here to my house very quickly. They worked very fast and explained things they did very simply.

Very honest the entire time. He was straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything. He saw the issue right away told me what I needed. Took all but 5 mins. He didn’t even charge me for coming out. Great service. I will be using them again based off this great experience.

Round 2 is with Nathan. Another awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable worker. He was doing a follow-up camera inspection, for the back water we had on the Eve of Thanksgiving. Nathan explained in 4 opinions of how the best remedy the needed repair. Once we choose which proposal was best, he set us up for scheduling. Thanks again Pristine!

We were very happy with the service done at our house. Our technician was very clean, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog our sewer lines very well in a matter of minutes! We would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing.

Drew. F came to fix the Hot & Cold water Valves of our washer. His wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience & above of all his skills are truly remarkable. Ken did a fantastic job clearing our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. The pricing for this service was very reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Extremely professional, from scheduling with the representative to the technician coming out quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and provided an estimate for a new hot water heater and repair to a shampoo bowl for my small business (salon). There are not many companies that offer plumbing services to commercial properties...(after numerous calls to other big names) Although the estimate was well above what I could afford, they treated me with respect and followed up shortly after the visit. Even though I didn't get my work done with them, great customer service goes a long way these days.

Sam was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He completed a thorough review of the situation and sent me 3quotes to choose from. I didn’t choose either at this time, however, I would definitely call upon them again in the future. Thank you!

Every person I interacted with at Pristine Plumbing was the best. Natalie helped me on the phone and was very, very nice. Ron came out asap for diagnosis and showed me on the camera that my clay sewer pipe had collapsed. He was very patient, went over my options with me and by Monday early afternoon I had fully replaced sewer main. Josh got to my house before I left for work and was done before lunch. I would recommend them to literally anyone in need of a plumbing company. Far above and beyond expectation. 5 Stars, Easy.
