David was ever thorough and knowledgeable! He explained everything he did before he did it, even physically showed me the pipes to certain areas in my home with explanation to what they were to. Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future with any plumbing needs!!

We’ve had to use plumbing services several times over the past 20 years having our main line cleaned out and Andy went above and beyond any other company to get it done thoroughly. He stayed and ran the machine through the drain a few times to ensure it was properly cleared. Then he brought in cleaning supplies and cleaned up everything and made it all smell great. This was a super stressful situation for us and he made it so much better. We highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone

Just want to leave a review for Mr Jim from Roto-Rooter who came out this morning to fix my toilet I called him the magic man because three people have been out here to fix it and he's finally got it correctly it's not running anymore as of now we're going to give it a week but I'm pretty sure Mr Magic Man hit the nail on the head thank you so much for your hard work for figuring out what was really going on with my toilet have a great holiday happy holidays Roto-Rooter.

They were at my house within hours of my call and the technician identified the problem within a minute of arriving. Cost me less to have a sewer line unblocked than the competition charged to fix a leaky bathtub faucet.

Fantastic service today! When I called, they were able to send a technician out within one hour! Andy did a great job explaining what was going on with our drain and what the options were. He had it fixed and cleared out within a short time. He was very courteous and professional.

Stan, Jerry, and Jim rocked. They were all very knowledgeable, polite, and they were FAST AND DECISIVE. They were able to troubleshoot and solve a leak quickly, get their water restoration team here same day, and calm my nerves after a big leak. I highly recommend this team and Stan Scott.

Notice my sewer line was backing up by the sound of gurgling in sink drains and toilet. I knew we had problem. Search online and they came up as open 24/7 so I called at 6:15am in the morning. They were at the house by 9:15am, would have been there earlier but roads were bad do to snow. My tech Jim was great, he had me taken care of before noon. Appreciated the fast response and service.

I had a big clogged in my son’s bedroom… 3 different plumbers came and couldn’t fix it… I almost gave up until I called Roto Rooter. I got their service with Daniel he was super nice and understanding! He got the problem right away and fixed it, he left everything clean behind him. He was very professional and did an amazing job!
We live in a very old house, the system is very old (from the 60s) so previous plumbers who tried to fix it, couldn’t deal with it.. but Daniel did!! He fixed it, And I am so happy I found a good service, so kind and hard worker… he didn’t give up until he was able to take out all the junk my kid put in the pipes over the years…(apparently a lot of wipes) he had to remove the toilet and put it back together, he did it in such a professional way, as the plumber who came a week before him told me he will have to break the toilet since there is no way to remove it as it’s super old and the screws were rusted… I am so glad I didn’t listen to him and tried Roto Rooter before I almost gave up and was ready to replace the whole thing, Daniel came and saved the vintage toilet that came with the original architect design;) thank you!
