Very happy with phClean. I have been with them for years and appreciate how they accommodate my needs and provide great service. I love coming to a clean house. Daniel has been cleaning my house for months now, and I truly appreciate his sweet personality, his smile, and his hard work. He always arrives at my doorstep right on time and with a big smile! We have had phClean do our office cleaning for a few years now, and we couldn't be happier. We have had a few different regular techs, currently we have Shelby cleaning for us. We have loved each of the techs that have been with us for a longer period of time, but after some perfecting of the work order for our office, each time a sub has to come, or a transition to a new tech happens, it is seamless. The (very) few times we have had minor issues, we addressed them directly to either the tech, or management and they were handled quickly and easily. When you use a level head when communicating your concerns, it goes a very long way! We hope Shelby is able to stay with us, as she is a great fit for our office. She is flexible, and understanding when dealing with the variability that comes with an office on a farm!

I have been using phClean for many years and I am pleased with their wonderful service! My home sparkles after my phClean technician, Shelby E. has been there. I am impressed with Shelby's thoroughness. She pays close attention to detail, putting things back in their place when she is finished cleaning surfaces and tidies things up if they are in disarray. We have five cats in our home and I appreciate how well my floors are vacuumed and cleaned. I highly recommend phClean to anyone looking for a cleaning service. They are fantastic!

I have had Professional Homes clean my house on a variety of occasions. I have been referring them to anyone who mentions they need cleaning services because of the outstanding job they have done in my house. Sara is wonderful to work with and was very flexible with my needs. My house was cleaned well beyond my expectations and it was a joy and relief each and every time. Just recently I was gifted a whole house clean (I know, right?). The gal who came to clean was new and expressed that she was a little nervous. She did a fabulous job! She was pleasant and very proud of her own work.

I've been with phClean since we built our house in 2014. Currently, we have JUSTINE and SHELBY E. cleaning for us and they do an excellent job! Those that cleaned for us prior to them were excellent as well. It's an amazing feeling to come home to a sparkling clean home after a busy day at work. These ladies make that possible. Lizzy has been our regular phClean cleaner for about two years and we have been pleased with her work the entire time. She is very thorough. Normally she follows a standard list of duties that we created, but when we need to vary the tasks, she is pleasant and accommodating. She is also pet friendly, even with a skittish rescue dog.

phClean does an amazing job; we love this company! Our current technician, Madeline, does a super job of making my house sparkly and clean every time she comes. The company makes sure that someone always comes at our scheduled time, even if our regular cleaner isn't available, which leads to lot of peace of mind for us. I also love knowing that the company pays their employees a fair wage and benefits. Cleaning is the easiest thing on my list to delegate and I'm so glad we have this option so I can put my focus elsewhere. We are super satisfied customers!

PhClean has been helping us out for awhile now and we are so happy with the service. We have had a few different people clean our home but Julieta has been our favorite so far. She is nice, professional, and detail oriented. She does a thorough job with cleaning and always sets our children's stuffed animals up to look like they're snuggling in the bed and it feels so special. We will definitely continue with phClean!

We have been clients of phClean for several years. The office staff is friendly and communicative, and they are accommodating when we need to adjust the schedule. Beth has been cleaning our home for at least a year and does a great job. Our two dogs love her, and she doesn't mind when they "help" her out. It's a relief knowing that someone we trust is in the house when we're gone. Brittany has been teaming up with Beth the last few weeks, helping our home look spotless. We appreciate their work!

just had my initial cleaning. Madison and Cali were extremely friendly and professional. i was very comfortable with having them in my home. they asked all the right questions and really listened to what i needed. i could not be happier with the service and will be booking again.

Lizzie has been great and done a fantastic job cleaning our workplace.

Awful. They quoted $400 for the house, then charged $670. On top of that they missed SO MUCH. Electronics weren't dusted, cobwebs remained on window sills, floors only spot cleaned not completely done.
I had to report the charges to our credit card as fraudulent in order for them to refund only part of our charges.
The office manager said they can't be expected to clean everything....um....you are a cleaning service...yes, you are expected to clean everything.
I recommend anyone else than these people.
