Reviews of local pros in Ames, Iowa

Gracia did a fantastic job! So nice to come home to a sparkling clean house !

I hadn't really hired cleaners before and didn't know what to expect. Overall, phClean has done a great job on our home. The first deep clean was fantastic, and the crew made our house shine (thanks Emma & others!). Even when after a recent visit, when I noticed some things hadn't been fully cleaned (though overall the house still looked good), it just took a phone call to phClean to let them know, and their follow up was immediate. They stand behind their work, and that same day had someone come back to take another look and finish what had been overlooked. Shout out to Chloe for doing a great job on a moment's notice! :)

This was my first time with pH. The two cleaners did a very thorough and professional job. Ireally appreciated they put things back in their original places after cleaning. Highly recommend.

Mel and Sam made a dream team here today! Thanks also for the cute Christmas gift. Merry. Christmas to the whole Ph Team!

Tenisha has been reliable, professional, and consistently delivers excellent service. She also stands out because of her timely, clear communication.

Kaylee did a great job cleaning in spite of all the little pieces of stuff my new puppy chewed up that I wasn’t able to get out. Would highly recommend her services to anyone who struggles to find the time to do a deep clean of their house.

Mel is the best! Our home has never been cleaner, she does an amazing job.

I can’t say enough good things about Monica and the incredible job she does cleaning my home. She is extremely thorough, and her attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Every time she comes, my house looks spotless, and she somehow manages to get every last bit of dog hair, which really is no small feat in my household!

I’m so grateful she shares her talents with phClean and feel so fortunate to have her help. She truly makes my life so much easier, and I look forward to her visits because I know everything will be immaculate. Thank you, Monica, for your hard work and for always going above and beyond!

My parents have been using this service out of Ames and it has prompted them to make a really sweet parking sign for them because the team is often parking far away and carrying their supplies because they don’t want to take a prime spot. Couldn’t get better housecleaning in Ames with respect and kindness then These people.

Love when Lizzie cleans for us. She is very respectful of our time and property. Efficient and thorough, we never have to worry about things getting missed.

Cheyenne did a wonderful job. Lovely personality and she did a great job cleaning my house.

Alexis is a 6-star job. She was thorough and ensured that everything was spotless. No hesitation about continuing services from PhClean.

Gracia and Summer did a great job. They did everything we requested (and more!) We are happy with their work!

Cheyenne is awesome! She’s so thorough and does a fantastic job. We love having her and want to acknowledge her great work!

Jess was called in from a different team to take care of my cleaning due to an emergency of my regular cleaning person. She went above and beyond my expectations! Great work. 👏

Haven and Lexi were great! They were thorough and didn’t rush—and they were nice to my dog! It was so nice to come home to a clean house, too!

I am thrilled with my new countertop! I looked in several different places for just the right color and pattern, but found Cyclone Contracting had as good a selection as any, and better than most. The folks there were very helpful! I would highly recommend using Cyclone Contracting!

We had Cyclone Contracting do a new countertop install and new sink and we were very pleased with the outcome. The communication was excellent and when I had questions they were all answered quickly. I felt very confident in them from the first meeting with them. Very professional and would definitely work with them again.

Larry and his team were outstanding on a tough job. I had a shed attached to the exterior wall of a townhome that had to come off, a large deck which was not safe to walk on, and a rotting wall underneath it. Not to mention 6 concrete pylons sticking out of the ground - maybe to do with a hot tub? It was a pleasure to work with CC because of the skill and affability of the team, and Larry’s oversight was hands-on. Best compliment they received was from the inspector when he reviewed their work: “I wish all contractors did their jobs this well.” If you want the job done right, I highly recommend Cyclone Contracting.

We have now used Cyclone Contracting for two bathroom remodels and we have been so impressed by everyone we have met/spoken with throughout this process. The quality of their work is amazing! Jeanie made the start of the process/design so smooth and exciting. Andrew was always so kind and easy to work with when at our house for the multiple projects. If we have anymore projects we will definitely be calling them back!

We chose Cyclone Contracting for our remodel project because we knew they would be able to meet our expectations, stick to the laid out timeline for the project, and there would be no surprises from them along the way. They exceeded our expectations and made our vision come true! We throughly enjoyed working with each individual from Cyclone and would highly recommend them for and remodeling or contracting work! They brought ideas to the table that enhanced our project that we hadn’t thought of and put a lot of effort into making sure we loved every detail.
