OMG! Mint cleaning is amazing. Very professional, friendly and on time! They do a great job of cleaning! I will definitely use them again and I tell everyone to use them.

Caitlyn did a really good job cleaning a rental after a move-out. She encountered more than I anticipated but she tackled it with a good attitude and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company. They have good communication with the client and do great work!

Very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I called for a deep clean for my parents home for my mom recently released from the hospital. The two young ladies that did the work were incredibly efficient. They moved like a cleaning storm and completed everything on the list we wanted. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and we are considering having them on a regular basis. From the first call to the minute the ladies left the house was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Mint cleaning to anyone needing cleaning services in their home. Very friendly and professional.

I used Mint Cleaning as an end of Constuction cleaning service for our office and they did a fantastic job. Getting a quote and starting the process was simple and easy. Caitlin communicated via email, text, and in person for our walk through. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The cleaning was on point and thorough. The team did an excellent job on communication throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend!!!

I have hired a lot of cleaning services in my many years. Some are good. Some are not so good. Mint is the absolute BEST!!! I gifted my daughter with a "move out" clean when she left her townhome. Today we stopped by for a few last things and got to see the cleaning job. Everything was wonderful!!! In a world where good service is hard to find, Mint delivers. The woman who handled my initial inquiry on the phone could not have been any more professional, any kinder, or any more competent. I feel we got a great job for a great price. Next door neighbor is moving soon. We left word to use Mint if needed.

Still on the fence about whether to use Mint Cleaning again. Linette and Gracie were very professional and courteous. Great customer service. Still waiting for a phone call from the office manager about my first cleaning 2 weeks ago. Too early to say whether or not I would recommend Mint Cleaning to my friends and family after one house cleaning. Will see what happens.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. Mint Cleaning did a deep cleaning of my kitchen, living room, master bedroom and master bath. They did a very professional and detail job with high-end cleaning supplies and all their own equipment. I have signed up for their rotational regular cleaning and highly recommend them; their pricing is very competitive.

Hired Mint for an initial deep clean and now set up on monthly reoccurring cleanings. Great customer service from beginning to end and very personable. I have the same cleaner, Caitlin, every month. She’s extremely reliable, efficient, and does a great job cleaning. I feel valued as a customer!

I hired Mint to come deep clean my apartment before some vacation days I had coming up. I wanted my vacation to be as relaxing as possible and thought it would be a nice refresh. They did a great job! I have never felt my floors be squeaky clean like this. Will definitely be using them again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely friendly but do not clean well at all. I was quoted a move out deep clean on a rental home that I own for $436.00 that included cleaning the stove. After they were done it was apparent they had not cleaned the bathroom floor which shocked me. They also claimed to have cleaned baseboards but they were still dirty. I had them come back out and they did clean the bathroom floor, recleaned the baseboards and cleaned air intakes which they hadn't cleaned before. They comped me the stove cleaning for the inconvenience so I paid $386.00 total. Well shame on me because I should have looked a LOT harder. The place looked cleaner because things were wiped down and cabinets were vacuumed out etc. but they just surfaced cleaned. The floors in the home are dark and patterned so it's hard to see dirt and I should have got down on my hands and knees with a light and looked. About a week later we went back into the house to do some work - no one had been in the home since it was cleaned. I brought cleaning supplies with me in case the work we were doing caused something to have to be cleaned up. With the sun shining in I saw some dirt on the floor so I got the mop out and some hot water and mopped the area - I could not believe how BLACK the water was where I mopped. Before I continued I turned all the lights on and really got down and looked at floors. They had been swept - not washed. There was grime in the corners similar to the grime that showed up on the light bathroom floors. I should have known when the bathroom floor wasn't done that they simply didn't do any of the floors. They left without wet cleaning any of the floors and they CLAIM they get on their hands and knees to scrub the kitchen and bathroom floors. (see pics) That claim is honestly what sold me because to me that meant they were thorough. I continued to mop the floors and with just a mop and warm water and had to change the water about 6 times because it was black. (pic of water dumped into tub for reference) Upon further inspection I realized the mosaic multicolor backsplash in the kitchen still had food splatter all over it and the gas stove still had food debris on the surface and the grates. Nothing had been scrubbed at all. They claim to clean ceiling fans as well and I examined closer and realized that maybe they dusted them but we all know dusting a kitchen ceiling fan doesn't work - a cleaner would need to be used. I really should have looked harder before signing off on it - they were so nice that I trusted them at their word and the place did look cleaner because they did wipe things - but they didn't deep clean at all. I'm just really shocked that a company with this many good reviews left my house like this. Not going to lie - it was dirty. But I paid for a move out deep clean and they should have done that and they didn't. Also the 3 bedrooms had no flooring in them due to the carpet being pulled out so all they had to do in those rooms was clean the baseboards and they didn't give me any discount for that at all. I didn't ask for one but now that I realize the horrible job they did, I'm realizing how much they took advantage of me. They've told me that because it's been 8 days it's past their 24 policy and they can't do anything for me. That's fine. I'll leave my review here and make sure to tell people not to use them. It's my fault for being so trusting. Edited to add that they also told me they clean out the cabinets in the kitchen and while the food debris was vacuumed or wiped out they did not clean the shelves. There were still things stuck to them.

Cottage Care goes above and beyond! They were willing to do a very last minute cleaning for me before I got home from an extended hospital stay. It was wonderful to come home to a clean house and no worries while I recovered. They were so kind and I could tell that they were truly happy to help!

We’ve had Sarah cleaning our house for many, many months now - she does a wonderful job, very kind with my daughters and dogs (though we leave the house to give her space to work most of the time). Highly recommend her and the company. 😃

We use Cottage Care weekly. Very friendly and professional staff. Tannah or Nanette typically comes to clean our house. Both are excellent house cleaners - very personable but also professional. They are very thorough in the work they perform.
