Had my home cleaned a few days ago. They were able to schedule me within about 3 days of me calling. I have 3 cats and the dust bunnies had become rabbits! The kitchen floor was very dirty and I hadn't been able to get it clean and thought I had permanent stains. The cleaners were able to get the kitchen floor totally clean! I was amazed! (She had to work the floor scrubbing on her hands and knees!)I apologized so many times. Bathroom I thought I had been getting clean but oh wow it was amazing! Now no dust on the floor or anywhere, clean kitchen floors, and a great bathroom clean.
I think I'm going to set up regular cleaning to keep the house in a better state of cleaning. So easy to work with and set up service within my budget. Thank you Cottage Care and to the women who did the work. ( I'm sorry your names have slipped thru my mind. Hope they return!)

Wonderful update to our review! We have been clients of Tina's for several years. Tina is phenomenal and very thorough. Among many things we appreciate is that Tina always takes the time, not only on special touches, but she asks for feedback on if we're happy with her services and if there's anything she's missing or if there's anything we would like done differently. Our feedback and reply is always the same: that she's doing great and there's nothing we need done differently or changed! Shen never misses anything, she's always professional, and just genuinely pleasant. She makes sure our home is beautiful and we appreciate her and Cottage Care.
