Initial appointment went well. Once the work has been completed, I will update accordingly. I have tried contacting them to get an update on the install of my replacement furnace, no response today.

Techs arrived this morning, did a nice job and most important I have heat! However, still not excited about paying an additional $115 for an “electrical upgrade” when all that was needed was to connect a few wires, no new conduit, no new wire or by-pass switch. I was also told my amount due was about $200 more than originally stated by my home warranty company. United reluctantly settled for the price I was told.

Make sure you have everything in writing and you get a copy!

I was very upset with how I was handled. I would not use this service again! I had a hot water heater to be replaced and while they were there suppose to replace a sink faucet and faucet in a bathroom. Hot water heater went in fine but sink faucet, it was a "Moen" Faucet and it was defective out of box. The Plumber was almost ready to leave with it dripping under the sink. With more effort I got him to figure out a fix. I paid over 900 for this service. I got a new faucet and was to have another visit from United the next morning. They got there and before they would even move forward he called me to get a credit card number before work started. They charged me another 300 to put the faucet in and fix the areator in the other faucet. I understand it was not their fault on the Moen faucet but no break in price in returning and they guy that called me was a jerk when he called. Treated me like I was a deadbeat! I would not use this service ever again and I will tell 10 of my friends and neighbors. DO NOT CALL this plumbing Service!

Kris and Mike came out early and quickly got started clearing my stoppage. Other company i had come out could not clear it, nor did they seem interested in doing so, and was not concerned that this was my only bathroom. Kris and Mike would not leave until they made sure the stoppage was clear and they made quick work diagnosing and clearing it out. This company ROCKS, they are professional, courteous and super knowledgeable and friendly, I definitely would recommend this company to call FIRST if you ever have plumbing issues!

Dylan and his very capable assistant were great. They arrived in a timely manner and interacted with us in a very professional way.
The location of the repair was in a very precarious place, however they found a way to get the job done.
They created NO additional work or clean up for me to do.

Clogged kitchen sink
Just wanted to say a quick "thanks" to Dylan for such great service. Dylan is knowledgeable and provided great tips for preventing issues in the future. He worked quickly and showed a lot of care. I can tell he operates in excellence. But one of the best parts of this experience was his pleasant personality! Again, thanks! Dylan you rock!

David Paris was great. They came out to dig to repair our sewer drain and he solved the problem without even unloading the mini backhoe. They could've gone ahead and I would've never been the wiser. It's great to find a reputable company that looks out for his customers. Thank you so much for such great service. I highly recommend.

Excellent service from Maxwell and Junior! They started work immediately and finished in about 30 minutes, which included digging up the waterline. Couldn’t believe how quick they were able to fix my underground leak! Great service and a Great team. Many, many, thanks 😊".

I was visiting my mom in Louisville this past week and her kitchen sink was clogged. She contacted United Plumbing to help with the issue and they were absolutely AMAZING!! She contacted them Monday morning and they were at her house withing 24 hours.
I want to give a huge shout out to Parker the plumber that took care of mom's issue. Parker called us when he was on his way to give us an idea of when he would arrive, he walked us through the likely issue and had the clog cleared up within 30 minutes. He also took time to clean up any mess that he made. Parker was super kind, super thorough, had awesome customer service and just a lovely young man! Thank you Parker for doing such a great job, I hope you keep up the great work. Thank you United Plumbing for your great service.
