Experienced my first service with Outdoors by JK and they were very professional. Not only did k receive a message prior to when they would be arriving but also received a message post service. Additionally, they were very understanding and flexible as my house is under construction so they worked around the construction to make sure I was still getting the service requested.

We have used Outdoors by JK for fertilizations and weed control for a couple of years now, and we've had a great experience! Our lawn looks healthy and the weeds are minimal. We pre-pay for 5 applications and the prices are very reasonable.

I am happy with the service of Outdoors by JK. I have the same person who comes out each time so he is familiar with my yard. They are reasonable and easy to work with. They email you and let you know when your next service is and you send you an email with an invoice you can pay online. I am not a phone person so this works perfect for me. They have done a great job in keeping my yard nice looking.

We had a 250 sq. ft area in our yard that needed re-sodding. I called JK and they asked that I send some pictures, which I did. The next day I received a quote, which I accepted and the next day sod was installed. The installer gave me instructions for getting the sod established. That was 3 weeks ago and the sod, today, looks great.
