Cody and Kaleb were prompt, professional, and extremely efficient when they came to service my HVAC system. They showed up five minutes early to my appointment and the cost was substantially more competitive than some of the bigger names in Lexington that I’ve used before. Would recommend them for service and their bid for my new system at our second home earned them that job too. A+.

They explained my options clearly and had the new system installed quickly. Everything is running great, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend them, 10 stars, anyone needing heating or cooling work you need to talk with them first... I sent in a request on the website was contacted by them super quick. Was asked some questions to help them understand my issue with the heating system. Schedule a time for them to stop by to troubleshoot and diagnose what was needed, they order the parts needed, once parts arrived they called me to set up the installation time that fit my schedule. I have a different HVAC company I have a lot of experience with, many years. My basement unit stopped working and I had no idea why but it seemed like it would need some money to get going again, and I was right. I called my old faithfuls and unfortunately they weren't available for a couple days earliest, bummer. I went ahead and set the appointment up anyway, deciding to wait, but then I remembered... there's a new company my friend told me about called 360 heating and air, and I thought "Eh, what can it hurt to see if they are available?" So I called 360 and the dispatcher had someone in the neighborhood already and said they would be happy to see what it looks like. In less than 10 minutes, they arrived with booties on smelling of excellence, not Camel lights. In 20 minutes, he had figured out what had failed and had a quote prepared to replace it. In 2 hours, my HVAC was fixed and paid for, AND they helped me get a warranty started on the part that failed because it was a manufacturer defect still covered, and factored those savings into my price. Both technicians were pleasantly knowledgeable, integrous, and obviously aiming to please. Pleased we were. I'm thrilled to have stumbled across this team of experts in a world full of average, and look forward to referring them to my friends as well! 5 stars my friends!

I had a whole new unit installed and I have nothing but great things to say. Not only does the unit work amazing, but the savings were huge. The 2 young men that installed it were also very helpful. Kaleb and Cody were very knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions.

This company is amazing. I called on a Thursday. They were at my home within the hour! They came to my work and spent time on the Friday detailing pricing and my unit issues. Come Monday, these gentleman worked tirelessly all day long to ensure my new system was installed correctly and my family had heat on a cold night. They went above and beyond. Really appreciate the 360 team. I have been dealing with allergies for months, and decided to install a good air cleaner. After doing some research, I found a very reputable company that offered a clean air solution for our home. I am very happy with our choice, and definitely recommend this company for any Heating and Air problems or air cleaners.

We had a great experience with 360 Heating & Air. Our outside HVAC unit was not working. We called and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Peter was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed it and discovered the issue quickly, had the parts with him and got us back up and going quickly. Peter also advised us regarding the age of our HVAC unit and provided us with a proposal for a replacement unit I highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend 360 heating and air enough. We got several quotes on getting our hvac replaced and by far 360 was the most thorough and well priced. Taylor worked with us on scheduling and quoting equipment and communication was very easy and helpful. Cody and Kaleb installed our new system and they worked tirelessly in the cold weather to remove and install new equipment despite the shortcuts the previous installer had made. They communicated with us each step of the way and ultimately delivered a great product.

My experience with 360 Heating & Air was phenomenal, from my first contact via phone to the installation of a new system. My initial contact with Taylor, Ryan and Peter was very friendly and informative and yet they broke the info down to being easily understood. They kept me apprised of the status of install, and the follow up was great. Cody and Caleb were the techs who performed the installation and they also were very communicative and ensured I fully understood the HVAC installation. Cody provided me pictures of the new system, as well as where they had straightened a sagging air flow trunk line from initial installation, and had secured it to a beam to provide optimal air flow to a room the most distant from the furnace unit. Both Caleb and Cody ensured there was good airflow from the vents and they remained on site for a period of time to ensure the new unit was operating correctly and effectively. The clean up was great as they left nothing behind to be disposed of.
I would definitely recommend 360 Heating & Air to others and enjoyed working with them in this project, and if I need service for a HVAC system in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

Absolutely seamless thermostat installation!

The scheduled time slot for the Titan rep to arrive was 10:00-12:00. As usual, Jesse arrived right at 10:00 and quickly went to work. The problem I had was consistently inconsistent. Sometimes my furnace would come on when it was supposed to and sometimes it wouldn't. Once he removed all the covers of the furnace, Jesse gave it a command to turn on. He saw the problem right away and worked to resolve the issue. Titan knows what they are doing and I trust them to identify and fix any problems I have with my HVAC system.

We love Jeff and Jesse and everyone down at titan hearing and air. They provide great service. They are honest and the only company I trust to work on my hvac.

I called after I woke up to 58 degrees in my house this morning with the temperature outside at 22 degrees. The owner, Jeff, answered right away and was at my house within 1 hour to help me. He was my hero! I not only had him fix my unit but I signed up for a Service Contract for this year. Jeff is a very nice man and very knowledgeable. Titan heating and cooling has a service program that does a check on your unit spring and fall. This service is awesome and the technician are very professional and spends quality time doing a thorough inspection. I could not be more pleased with their service. It gives me a piece of mind to know that my unit is ready for the heat or the cold.
