Service was exceptional! We noticed our heat went out on a cold, winter, Monday evening and they fit us in on a Tuesday by lunch!
Not only did we get fast service, but since a technician called in sick that day, the owner came out himself and repaired our unit.
He was thorough, kind, educational & trustworthy. Our family will definitely call this company again for any issues that arise and most likely will call in spring and get set up on a service contract!

Our air conditioning system recently failed, and with it being an older unit, we knew replacement was likely. Titan Heating & Air was by far the most responsive company we contacted — they had someone out to inspect the situation quickly, and from the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise stood out.

They performed a thorough evaluation and walked us through several replacement options, offering clear and honest recommendations without any pressure. Their team genuinely had our best interest in mind, helping us choose a system that was the right fit for our home and budget.

While we waited for the installation, they provided multiple portable AC units to keep our home comfortable — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. When installation day arrived, the crew showed up on time, removed all of our outdated equipment, and completed the new system setup efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Every technician we interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

They were very quick and professional. My handler system has been working so much better.

Saw one of their service vans flying around West New Circle this morning. They ran several red lights and almost hit a pedestrian while running a red turn light. Shame on the driver for driving so dangerously in one of the deadliest areas for pedestrian deaths in KY, especially in a company vehicle!

This company works to FIX your HVAC, they're not trying to sell you something you don't need. I really appreciate the honesty. Highly recommend.

Was given the finger today by one of your technicians for not hitting a pedestrian in the roadway and coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. Completely unacceptable, unnecessary, and immature. This speaks volumes on the personal character of your technicians. How dumb do you have to be to road rage in a company van? Shameful.

I have lived in my house for 6 years and always call Disponette Service Co for my HVAC needs from preventative maintenance to repairs. They are quick to respond and are extremely courteous. It starts with their owner who models this behavior regularly. Wouldn't use any other company!

I wish I could give zero stars. They almost drove me off the road in the company vehicle while blaring their horn when I had the right away. CAUTION owner is rude and EXTREMELY aggressive. DO NOT use this company as they do not deserve the business.

As always an amazing job done at a very reasonable price, and same day service. The only HVAC company I will trust because the owner Jason always gives it to me straight... the good, the bad, and the ugly, and he is always patient and kind dealing with all my questions.

Ive paid thousands of bucks th put a whole new system in, and almost never ran the heat, this year i had to run the heat about a month ago and it kept blowing the circuit breaker i call jason up and he wants $120 to come and look at it.... Im retired now and cant afford it and it's supposed to get down to8° . WONDERFUL!!!!

Owner is unprofessional, rude, and unreliable. Does not know how to communicate with customers. Dishonest as well. Has not complied with manufacturers requests to help provide homeowner with invoices needed to support warranty on ATLAS installed equipment that is under 3 years of age and still in warranty. Customer beware. I would not recommend ATLAS.
