If I could give zero stars, I would. Jason is bar far one of the most unprofessional and rude individuals that I have had to deal with over the years. He belittles his clients, is extremely condescending, uses foul language for no reason, and does the bare minimum which creates additional issues that have to be dealt with at a later time. Absolutely, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give this company a zero I would.
Not only do they get bad reviews for the work they do but they will not pay for work done for them. We are a garage door company and they owe us a lot of money for a job we did over a year ago. They won’t answer the phone or pay their bill!

Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Erroneously billed and have refused to admit their error.
We had a an issue with our HVAC systems blower unit. It was replace by them, in in the process of fixing that issue they removed the filter, and advised us not to use the filter for a while so that the ice could melt off. We did and the unit became clogged with dust and pet dander almost immediately (within a few days). This company also failed to live up to their promises regarding a new system install we purchased from them and changed many key points (without our approval) to the secondary system they installed on our home addition. The business was very slow to install the unit as well and I wish I could take my business back from them. Additionally, last week I received a phone call from them and was verbally threatened by them. They continue to send out a collection email for a service they did not preform. If you are looking for poor workmanship, being upsold, being lied to, and then being harassed 10/10 recommend this company

Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by Jason. Extremely unprofessional. My unit that he installed not even 3 years ago has been nothing but trouble since owning the home. I contacted Jason about coming to look at the unit, he agreed on a certain time and didn’t show up, he text 15 minutes after he was supposed to be there and stated “ oh something came up” said I would need to reschedule for either the next morning or afternoon. I asked if 4pm would be doable. He states “ that’s overtime” he reiterated multiple times that the parts might be under warranty but the labor wasn’t free, first and foremost I never mentioned a cost, money was never an issue I simply reached out to him because with the warmer temperatures recently my house has been 80 degrees and I have a young child and no matter what I needed it fixed. I wasn’t looking for a free service. I mentioned the fact that he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He proceeds to tell me I need a psychiatrist or at least a man if I could get one to help me with life. I’m disgusted. Think twice before using this business! He’s clearly very comfortable being disrespectful! Would be happy to share the screen shots of this conversation that he sent from his company phone!!!

First off, the owner is very rude and unprofessional. I had a home built in 2020 and my builder used this company. They had no idea how to install a zoning system. They also installed the fresh air damper in backwards. I had a reversing valve issue which led to what I believe is an issue that I am dealing with now, which is replacing my entire outdoor unit which is 3 years old. I have a leak in the coil because stress was put on the line while they were messing with when working on the reversing valve. They were nothing but trouble the entire time during the build. I would NOT use this company.

Definitely deserve a zero. Their driver was aggressive on the road and kept riding my bumper in backed up traffic. Once past the traffic the driver rode my bumper so close as I was picking up speed. If I had slowed down even a fraction he would have crashed into me. Called the company and Jason was so rude on the phone telling me I need to learn to drive. I'm sorry speed doesn't happen instantly. If you are ok with you and your drivers crashing company vehicles go do it in a parking lot with no one around. Well after the phone call he decided to text me. Very unprofessional. Learn some patience and and criticism.

I wish I could give no stars this guy Jason I spoke with on the phone is the rudest individual I’ve had ever spoken with. He has to come to my home to fix our AC. I’m truly dreading it. He almost makes you afraid of him. I don’t have very much confidence in this individual fixing our issue with our AC. Be aware

Do NOT use this company. I called them out and scheduled a service call on 3/24 which they missed due to an emergency. They came out on 3/26 (twice, so the technician could double check his work) and still misdiagnosed the system and charged $75 for. They told me I had an electrical problem so I called an electrician out at a cost of $200 who verified there was no electrical problem. I called them back and after dealing with poor communication the entire day, they said they would replace the compressor which was under warranty, but that I’d be responsible for 1-2 hours of labor at a cost of around $300.

They came out on 4/1 to replace the compressor and present me with a $1,215 bill for labor and refridgerant - which was never authorized or discussed. They knew I was unhappy with their communication and misdiagnosis already and I told them I was considering just hiring another company. They intentionally omitted mentioning ANYTHING about the cost of the refridgerant until the service was done.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with dishonest companies such as this. Obviously they are hurting for business if they are afraid to tell someone what the service will actually cost prior to performing the work. Had they told me beforehand, I would have authorized it. Instead, they decided to be completely shady about it, omitted information intentionally so that I could not receive a competing quote and make an informed decision.

If you want a company that will operate with honesty, hire anyone else but these people.
