I’ve had this business do several jobs, and they have been reliable and have fair pricing. Fees have been a service charge for showing up and a typical hourly rate rather than a “per job” fee.

They have been to our house on 2 different jobs. Both times they did a wonderful job! They are efficient, courteous and professional and truly went above and beyond for us. We will only use them going forward.

The kings helper installed new plumbing fixtures in our home. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time, were courteous and genuinely cared about their customers.I would highly recommend The King’s Helper!!!

Wow! I have never been so impressed with a plumbing service!
I am in charge of getting our HOA's backwater valve cleaned each year and our old plumber isn't doing this kind of work anymore. I called King's Helper and the call was answered right away....no answering machine! I tried to explain what I wanted done but I was not explaining it very well since I had no idea what I was talking about. King's Helper actually called the past plumber for me and figured out what I wanted.
Jonathon came the next day and cleaned our backwater valve and all is well for another year. I will call King's Helper for ANY of our HOA's or personal plumbing needs in the future. I cannot say enough about how nice and helpful King's Helper was.
Easiest maintenance call I have ever made. Highly recommend !

The best plumbing company around. Family owned and operated for 40+ years and has a great reputation for quality work and customer service. They also service and install heating and air conditioning, commercial and residential. Great choice if you need service.

The King's Helper promptly sent a team to repair some damage done accidently during a job. I was amazed at the thorough, diligent work that was done to repair the damage, so that it is now better than it had been before the accident. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Had Justin out this morning to fix a drain with a difficult clog. Excellent work, friendly damenor, made sure the work was done correctly. Labor and fees were mostly as discussed and very reasonible. Great experience and will likely use again.

Jonathan and the folks at The King's Helper had previously solved some challenging issues with our boiler for a very fair rate after another company ghosted us, and performed some other minor plumbing repairs. After last week's Bomb Cyclone hit we were left with a broken pipe in our barn and free-flowing water quickly freezing and threatening our animals. Robert and Justin braved the treacherous roads and below zero temps and accomplished the seemingly impossible task of making the repair and restoring water service to our farm by the same evening. These guys are the real thing and I can't recommend them enough.

I cant say enough about this company! We had Justin come out for a new water heater and also for a drain problem. He was so efficient and courteous and did a excellent job on both. I have to say I have never been so pleased with any company! We needed help fast and they came the same day. This senior citizen is very impressed. Thank you Justin!

In my opinion The Kings Helper is the best company in central KY to work with for Plumbing and HVAC. They were on time, responsive and professional. The owner Johnathan is a great guy and easy to work with. You can tell that he truly cares about your job and he goes the extra mile to make sure his employees care as well. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

My water heater began to leak over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, so I called The King’s Helper first thing on Monday morning and to my surprise, they were able to get a repairman out the same day! Greg showed up and did a terrific job, despite some challenges with the existing piping. He even recommended new washer hoses and took care of that too while he was here! This wasn’t my first time using TKH, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. They will always be my first call for all my plumbing needs!

I couldn't have asked for a harder working person than DJ today he was awesome and worked all day to put in a sump pump in my crawl space which was wet and muddy! He really did the greatest job and I appreciate it so much I would recommend the king's helpers anytime the rate they charge me was very fair I will not use Fayette heating and air ever again!

Initially, they installed new HVAC at a townhouse - quick efficient and even gave upgraded equipment at discount. Then had install new HVAC at rental property - Works excellent at much cheaper price than expected. Then, Water heater went out... talk about fast efficient service. Have already recommended to 2 other people!!!!

Jonathan and the rest of the team were a dream to work with on my new basement bathroom. He quickly provided a fair quote for job, worked with my own design, adjusted pricing for some materials and fixtures I’d already purchased, and they completed the work in the window provided. Even the after-care was over the top! Now I have my dream guest suite and my visitors love it! I can’t recommend them enough! Check out the before and after photos!

We had an excellent experience with The King's Helper. They were very prompt, showed up when they said they would, and called before they came out. The owner, Johnathan, came out and gave us a quote for this and other jobs. The quote was accurate, and the repair was timely. DJ and Greco were very professional and pleasant. It's nice to know that I have a plumber for future work, if needed, that we can trust.

In both HVAC and plumbing, King's Helper has been fantastic. I highly recommend this company. I called on Friday for an appointment and was told they could come out on Wednesday. When I came in from work on Monday around 4:30 I got a call from Justin and he was here within 20 minutes. He showed me how to operate my system, answered my questions. Justin was knowledgeable and professional. I will be using Top Tier in the future for my HVAC needs.
