Today on a Saturday late afternoon during one of the coldest days of the year came out to check our HVAC unit that was no longer heating the home after we had attempted to call other companies. I was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of being able to diagnose and the impeccable customer service care. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem that was preventing the unit from working but he also was able to check the voltage of the power going into the house and the unit. Then he went out of his way to instruct us, and assist us in calling the electrical power company immediately to prevent a fire from happening due to the strange surge of electricity that was running through out the house. Do to his concerns he waited patiently with us for the electrical power company to show up, he assisted in helping them diagnose and narrow down the actual issue with the power transformer but then also stayed to reconnect the HVAC unit so that we would have heat again fantastic experience.

Jason and Top Tier are the most honest HVAC company I have ever worked with. I contacted Jason in the morning and after discussing my issue over the phone. He came out that day and was able to repair our unit and make my pregnant wife comfortable again when our air went out.

The first time I contacted Top Tier was after I had had a different service provider attempt to repair my HVAC unit. It was an after hours call and Jason came out and diagnosed the issue right away. He had parts in and me on the schedule faster than I'd hoped! After that initial, exceptional experience, I have utilized the team at Top Tier for my business, my rental properties as well as any other needs at my house. I highly recommend Top Tier.
I never doubt that I'm getting a fair price and the best service that could possibly be provided. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend using Top Tier Heating. My furnace stopped today around 5 pm and a neighbor recommended Top Tier to me and I'm so glad they did. He arrived about an hour and a half after I called him and had my furnace up and running in no time. Jason was courteous and pricing was very reasonable. I really appreciate the fast service during this super cold week. I will definitely be using Top Tier heating in the future for my HVAC needs!

Our office has been without AC since Friday, we called Synergy and got an appoint 1st thing this morning. Justin and Cody were able to come out and get our system running again. Thankfully they were able to repair our unit without needing a new one. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I would defiantly recommend them to someone in need of heating and air repair. Thank you guys so much it feels amazing in here again..

Even on a bitterly cold, snowy day the service technician came out promptly. Because our driveway was impassable due to snow, he had to walk up to our house. He went above and beyond! We appreciated this greatly!

The two technicians who installed my new furnace/AC were very professional, efficient with their time and very helpful to me in explaining the new system.

We give the technician, Austin Goodlett, top ratings, but we are extremely disappointed because when we called we clearly indicated that the problem involved our Kohler 18K generator and we were not told you only service Generac. Also our appointment was confirmed between 8am-12pm and the technician came at 3pm because he had us for the afternoon.

Austin was very professional, helpful and answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. I highly recommend him and hope he is still there for my next home generator service call.

Synergy just recently installed a new Daikin HVAC system in our home. The process from initial discussion, to specification of the correct system, to installation have all gone great so far. The people I have worked with, Tyler M, Brandon F, Kimberly and Sean, all have been excellent. I felt comfort and trust in talking with them, and its clear they are all very knowledgeable and customer first focused.

Synergy has the feel of a family owned business (they are), but they have grown and have the staff to support you in the long term, and in times of emergencies. I would highly recommend synergy if you are looking for a new system.. or if you need someone to work on your existing system.. They have have a pretty comprehensive preventative maintenance program. Also they also do a lot more than "just HVAC".

I would definitely take a look at Synergy before making a decision on my HVAC needs.
