I had such a good experience with Top Tier! I had an old system and was nervous about the process of replacement, but they were in and out and super friendly. Would definitely recommend for any hvac needs.

This past winter my heating went out. Within a couple of hours Top Tier arrived and fixed the problem. He was quick, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Top Tier.

Had emergency issue with our unit and they provide service same day, on time and fixed it. Yes as customers you would expect any company to do this type service, but they did it and didn’t take advantage of the emergency situation. It was simply user error on our part and said no charge. They definitely will get our business moving forward.

Jason is the best out there. Runs a first class group and will bend over backwards to get you taken care of. He’s the only person I’ll ever use to meet my needs! Top notch all around!!

Amazing experience. AC cut out yesterday afternoon. Top Tier came promptly this morning at 8am and identified a bad capacitor and replaced it for a super reasonable price.

They also didn't try to sell me on a bunch of crap I didn't need or a new HVAC system like SOME county related HVAC companies..

Jason is the best! I had a head scratcher of a job in a tight, crawling space in a ceiling of a 1928 year old building that had a hvac unit on its last leg. He accepted the challenge! He replaced the whole unit and put it in a more convenient space accessible from the hallway. So smart! His crew did an amazing job! Always timely and professional.
