Kimberly arrived on time this morning and worked steadily for hours to remove my old furnace and install the new one.

She was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things to me, especially the new thermostat.

The scheduler, Kadence, was also very nice about accommodating my time preferences. I am very pleased with Synergy and my new furnace.

Sebastian and Fernando showed up as scheduled to begin a crawlspace encapsulation. Both were very professional and friendly. A plan for the first workday was presented and they promptly began work. Project is looking good and based on progress, I’m confident we will be pleased.

Work area was cleaned up prior to leaving at end of first workday. No debris or trash anywhere, thanks to both of you!

I contacted Gibson Heating and Air when my heat pump stopped working on a cold January day. The tech arrived within two hours. I explained what had happened and he started diagnosing the problem. He found the shorted low voltage wires and resulting blown fuse within a very few minutes. Repairs were made and the system was up and running!
Kramer was clean, polite and clearly explained the problem. Fortunately it was a simple fix.

Great job, very kind and professional. Both the indoor and outdoor systems were installed in just a few hours. We really appreciate the service and would recommend to anyone.

We hired Synergy to replace our two 33 yr old HVAC systems with heat pumps and high efficiency furnaces. Work was scheduled quickly and Kim and Bryson spent 3 solid days removing the old systems and making the new Daikin Heat pumps and a furnaces work with the existing wiring and ducts. It was a big job and they were very professional throughout. Due to some issues with the new Daikin hardware (leaking humidifier bad thermostat and a faulty gas valve) and weather, it took a total of 8 days to get everything up and running correctly. Communication and coordination were good throughout.

I’ve always had a great experience with Synergy. Justin Dixon was scheduled this time for maintenance on my geothermal system. He was on time, fitted a new filter and pointed out some things that I should get taken care of in the future. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Synergy service team members Dylan, Luke, and Austin. All of these individuals were top notch. I was very impressed with their workmanship, their knowledge and their team cohesion. When they had a question they were not hesitant to contact their support members to resolve any problems they were facing.
Synergy had an schedule opening a week earlier than the initial plan which put me behind in constructing the generator platform. Although out of their normal work activities, these guys agreed to assist in the platform construction.
As the work activity unfolded, I continued to work on the platform as the Synergy team's responsibility and focus turned to the task at hand, the install of the whole house generator.
I was around these young men all day, and I was very impressed with their professional domineer and conduct. I never heard any use of fowl or crude language, blessing in this day and time.
Their activities included installing the generator and transfer switch, and upgrading the existing propane gas line, which required the install of 45ft of new line. Excellent job guys! Thanks!

James Chapman arrived earlier. Felt he was honest about what Generac Generators’s was a 1st generation unit. Said parts were hard to find but he would see if he could get it running. Turned out we needed a battery.
James was friendly and explained himself and what he was going to do.

I had a great experience with Synergy Home! From my first phone call thru the completion of replacing my HVAC system. Brandon, Kimberly and Davis all were personable, Knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They answered my questions and pointed out things I hadn’t noticed. The price was reasonable and they came two days after I accepted the estimate to install the system. They would have came the next day, but I wasn’t available. Great company, people and GREAT job!
