Jason has been amazing to work with. My system finally went out after 20+ years and he was able to come out very quickly to replace it and haul away the old unit. The crew wore shoe coverings and cleaned up everything before they left. They were polite throughout the process and I was able to pay on his iPad before they left. I was also having a problem with my upstairs unit thermostat saying it wasn’t getting enough power. I thought maybe the unit was bad, but he found it was a problem with the thermostat wire itself and that the unit was fine. He was able to run a new wire that same day and now it works perfect!

This is a company you can completely rely on! Jason has done multiple jobs for us at several properties, installed new systems/ repaired old ones/ and maintenance. Whether it's for a new installation, annual servicing, or repairs, Top Tier’s technicians have impressed me as very honest, knowledgeable, and personable. Highly recommended them!!

I called Jason for a minor repair, but he treated my job as if it was the most important thing he’d do that day. I called with an issue after business hours one evening, and he was at my house first thing the next morning. Jason was honest and professional throughout. Our a/c went out during one of the hottest days. He didn’t try to oversell us, he just got us back up and running quick at a very fair price. Jason was very professional and honest… which is something I have not seen in previous HVAC contractors. He didn’t try to up sell me for things I didn’t need and installed a great system for a great price! The system did need a few minor adjustments when the weather changed and Jason came out the same day I called to tune the system.

Jason was great to work with. He wrote up a very clear and informative breakdown of options - and did not try to up-sell at all. He was happy to answer any questions and didn't mind going into detail so we could understand exactly what we were looking at. He made the extra effort to correct/replace anything he saw that needed it, and did not nickel and dime - just got the job done.

My husband and I had a great experience with Top Tier Heating & Air/Jason! We would highly recommend them. They are extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and tidy. We ended up having to install a brand new hvac system and went with a duel fuel, but we felt super confident after Jason's recommendations and expertise.

Top Tier replaced our aging, failing furnace and A/C with a new, energy efficient dual fuel heat pump and furnace combo. Jason presented us with several options to consider from basic to deluxe, explaining the pros and cons of each option, and the pricing was more than fair. Additionally, there is now a $2,000 tax credit available as part of the Inflation Reduction Act for certain energy efficient heat pumps and Jason helped us choose a unit that met the required qualifications for the credit. The benefits to this were obviously the ability to claim an extra $2,000 on our taxes, but we also lowered our energy bills while still being able to keep a furnace for those colder winter days. I would highly recommend Top Tier for all your heating and cooling needs, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had a problem with my air conditioner on one of our hottest days so far this year. I called Top Tier, spoke to Jason, and he came out that same day and resolved the problem. He was extremely polite, respectful, courteous, professional, AND he diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Anytime I have a heating/air problem, I will call Jason at Top Tier!! I have had 2 great experiences with Top Tier one today and one back in December. Jason and staff are very professional. They look for the problem and serviced what we needed. We were able to replace the heat pump with out the exterior fan. Saving me $5000 compared to the big guy. They have followed up and made sure my family was taken care of. 1-In negotiating the price he was very rational and reasonable. His price for replacing the hvac for both floors was significantly lower than the others that I got estimates from.
2-His job was very tidy and professional.
3- he started and finished the job in a very timely fashion, as he had promised.
4- like anything else you should shop around and compare. I think you should get an estimate from him too, very likely that you would benefit from it.

When my AC stopped working late one evening, I reached out to Jason at Top Tier the next morning. He showed up within a few hours to diagnose the issue and quickly found the part needed for the repair. Jason returned the same day and got everything up running again. I can't recommend Top Tier enough. Jason is now my go-to for any HVAC problems—he's reliable, honest, and affordable.

Top Tier Heating & Air came out same day for one of our units that wasn't cooling and fixed it right up with a new capacitor. The units were due for some maintenance and cleaning so when he offered a great price, we had him and his team come back out a couple days later. The before and after is crazy. Jason is great on communication and very kind. A+ recommend!

Honest, quick and reliable. These are just a few words to describe Jason and Top Tier. We called him for an issue with our heat pump and he was able to fit us in the next day.
